Canadian National
The Canadian National is one of the newest, if not the Newest newcomer to St. Louis. Up until 1999, The CN line into St. Louis was part of the Illinois Central. Famous for the Engineer Casey Jones who threw his life away for the railroad. The IC's line came in from the Southeast, from DuQuoin. The traffic on this line sees a couple of UP coal trains, two Manifests, one in each direction, and the DuQuoin local.

Even though the IC is now part of CN, Less than 100 IC Locomotives have been repainted. Here, a former GM&O SD40-2R (Ex-GMO 708) is ready to head the local to DuQuoin.
