AMTRAK

Amtrak runs a grand total of 8(?) trains into St. Louis. Trains 21, 22, 300, 301, 303(313 in Missouri), 304(314 in Missouri), 311 and 316. These trains are part of Amtraks new Lincoln Service. Until late October, There was only 6 trains, but the state of Illinois put funding forward for 8 new trains in the state, and 2 of those were put on the Chicago-St. Louis Route. Personally, Amtrak is NOT worth photographing because it usally only 1 unit and 4 cars. Only the Texas Eagle (trns 21 and 22) are worth photographing.

Amtrak train 303 will become 313 in Downtown St. Louis and will be in Kirkwood in about an Hour

Again, Train 22 makes a detour past the Terminal and heads past SH Jct.

In 2004, John Kerry, running for President, had Amtrak 138 wrapped for a special movement from St. Louis to L.A.
