Ok, Heres the deal, This year of 2007 has been a bad one for railfanning for me. I went to Kirkwood once last weekend, but NO TRAINS due to a Work window, I ended up going to Dupo and the East Side of the river, and ended up catching the UP 1982 and UP 1988, the MOPAC and KATY Heritage Units. I have no photos to post right now, and I barely have time for this, heck, when I upload and edit my photos at My RRPA.net Site, I am using time that I should be doing other things. I have a whole lot of things this site needs done, and it looks like they won't get done for a while. One thing of note that I mentioned in my Non Kirkwood Shots of other St. Louis Railroads is that I mentioned that the KCS Shut down their yard, well, that shut down lasted nly two days, its back in action.

Ok, I am going back to get things done, and I do not know when I will get back, but I will try very soon!

Awardspace.com did not work out, they would not allow me to add links, as all links would end up on an about us page about awardspace.com. All photo storage will be done through Geocities. Its the best we can do. Premium Web Hosting is out of the question with my budget. I don't have the $250.00 a year for freewebs.com premium hosting. Well, I got an E-mail from freewebs.com, or old server. Apperently, freewebs didn't want to support any more images with out us paying. So we moved to this better server at awardspace.com. We also have more than th 50MB of space, we now have 200MB of space, so expect us to GROW, GROW, GROW! However, all the other sites that was created on Freewebs will be allowed to stay as long as one is updated on a regular basis.

I added 4 pictures tonight. AMTK 49, HLGX 6814, Hi-Rail Truck, and UP 2665. That all for know, and all the photos from the Archives from the old site that will be posted. I will be heading out to the Kirkwood Station on the 1-1-2007 for some 1st of the year shots. If I find anything else between now and then I will be sure to post them.

Oh Happy Days! I completed the Non-Kirkwood site with the addition of the final four pages. They are, Canadian National, Lease Units, Norfolk Southern, and last, but not least, Union Pacific. With this now out of the way, all the links are now completed! Now I can just focus on the main subject of this site, Photos from the Kirkwood Amtrak Station! I added three new pages today, and thats all. A page on CSX Transportation, a page on BNSF Railway and a page on Non-Kirkwood Amtrak. Thats all for today!

12-19-06 (LATE NIGHT)
I added 3 new pages and 12 more photos. This brings the days total to 7 new pages and 29 photos for the day. The latest batch includes pages for the Alton and Southern, The Manufactures Railway Co, and Respondek Rail Corp. I also decided post latest photos for only those being added to the Kirkwood sites.
