Kirkpatrick House Bed & Breakfast

Our Lodge annex, situated on the ground floor, has been designed for parties of four or five people.  It comprises of a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a separate double bedroom. A single bed is available for a fifth guest. The bathroom comprises of a three piece suite and over-bath electric shower. All towels and linen are included. The annex also contains a dining/kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and complimentary tea/coffee and snack tray. A continental style breakfast is provided.
