Kini Cosma graduated as an associate of the administration of justice in 1994. For 16 years she has provided extensive services in social justice and liberties at both state and federal levels. Immediately, after she graduated, her paralegal business took off enforcing judgements.
Kini offered good bargains for both the creditor and the debtor. She would review the debtor's financial problems and find that they would have money coming to them. Her award winning resumes provided employment for some people.
Kini's law professor at Napa Valley College, Nancy Ryan, was a very significant person in Kini's life. "Ms. Ryan was very harsh and would treat the class like Boot Camp. She told us that she would save the life of one of us someday. Today, when I think about the way she said it, I break down and cry because I think it was me."
Eventually, the legal work Kini was involved with became more "complicated" with more research involved and expanding into different areas of the civil and criminal justice system. Kini's capacity of support offered to attorneys and other law enforcement personnel is marked by her work endurance and survival while struggling through a maelstrom of circumstances and events rarely experienced by the general public.
Kini is the only one in her estranged family that has worked hard while struggling to have a diversity of careers then landing in the legal profession. "The others have always had a silver platter in the 'family' business."
As a youngster, Kini was interested in everything. This resulted in a delay in a Major. When Kini met the love of her life in 1989, everything kind of came together. She found out that law could tap into every occupation of interest. There was not a limit.
It was shortly after 1995, Kini received a very rude awakening. She discovered some Government obscure oversights that has revealed some of the most deepest darkest secrets of the internal heart of the American Administration Of Justice than she had ever hoped to learn. They and her dirty rotten jewish family allowed her to live a life of petrifying hell while they live in luxurious mansions, drive luxurious vehicles, and have lavish careers and luxurious lifestyles in Beverly Hills, Moraga, Danville and Blackhawk, California.
Her complaints of Government obscure oversights amounting to malice have gone through every level ("chain of command") of the Court system. The cost of legal work applied and services rendered has esculated to over $600,000.00. All have been dismissed without proper appellate review.
The U.S. Government has never had to intelligently respond to the charges Kini has presented. Instead, they have slandered, libeled, and detained her in abject poverty for years in retaliation for her diligence to speak out. See the newest judgment:
