Living in the Heart of Pembrokeshire, Peter is surrounded by some of the most stunning countryside in Britain of which the coast-line, fishing villages and rolling hills provide a starting point for his colourful paintings.

"The landscapes I depict may only be just recognisable - often the real subject is the effect of colour."

His vocation must be attributed in part to the influence of his grandfather, the artist Martin Bloch, in whose presence he first picked up a paint brush.

"As a child I was inspired by my grandfather, having his paintings around, the smell of the paint. It seemed a magical thing to do."
