At Kindred Spirit, I believe that pregnancy and birth are very special events in a family's life.
And as a Doula, I'm trained and experienced in providing continuous physical, emotional and informational support to women and their family, throughout their pregnacy, birth and beyond.
Whether you are deciding to give birth in a hospital or at home, having a Doula as part of your "birthing team" will not only enhance your experience but empower you as well.
Also I'm proud to announce that Kindred Spirit has made the move to partnership with The Toronto Doula Group a wonderful organization that includes several doulas with various back grounds to better serve your needs as a birthing family.
We will also be exploring educational opportunites that will allow us to offer Hypnobirthing Classes and Postpartum support as well. So please contact me directly or the Toronto Doula Group and find out how we can support you in your journey through parenthood.
