Hello to all visitors. My name is Steve, I'm 44 years old and recently retired from the Air Force. I'm in the process of changing careers attempting to find a job in my local area to which I can apply my learned skills. Along my lifes journey I have always helped other people out with problems as best as I could. I enjoy doing these type things never asking for anything in return, as seeing the happiness on the faces of those helped was reward enough.
It is with a heavy heart that I have placed this message here on this website seeking assistance from those willing to help me through the kindness of your heart. Along my Air Force career I have accumulated a debt to which I'm committed to clearing. The debt to which I'm addressing is in the amount of $40,000 minus the amount owed for my house. I retired on the 1st of December 2002 after 23 years of service of which I have no regrets of having done. I'm a very patriotic individual who believes in the Entrepeneurship of individual Americans and is proud to have served my country.
I was involved in a No-Fault accident on December 1, 2002 while riding my motorcycle. I sustained minor skin injuries and seriously sprained my right ankle and right wrist in the process. I have since repaired my motorcycle and have recovered 90% from the sprained wrist and ankle. I was thankful that my injuries were not worse than what they were. I was able to get up from the accident and ride the motorcycle home, and then drove myself to the local base hospital. In January 2003 the motor in my 1989 Bronco 2 had to be rebuilt. This is my primary means of transportation and has also since been fixed. The vehicle is paid off. Several friends helped me pull the motor and reinstall it after it was rebuilt. The vehicle runs fine. I was thankful for their help.
I put this site here as a means of seeking any assistance from other kind people in whatever monetary amount you are able to give. I assure you that my request is genuine and truthful and that I'm not seeking to scam anyone out of their own hard earned cash. Life is tough for virtually everyone at this time with the economy being so sluggish. There is also the MUCH NEEDED impending Military action against Iraq and continuous war against terrorism in process that has everyone on edge. I want nothing more than to be on the frontline of action, shoulder to shoulder with those I once worked with. I stayed in the Air Force the maximum amount of time allowed for my rank.
