The Good Guys
Ron Stoppable
Ron Stoppable is the one and only best friend of Kim Possible... they’ve been best friends since pre-k, on their very first day of school... Ron can sometimes be a little clumsy, but during a mission with Kim, it sometimes works to their advantage. He might not be into the whole fighting the bad guys thing, especially if its Monkey Fists monkey ninja’s, but Kim would not be able to do her missions without him there... whether she admits it or not. No matter what, Ron’s always there when Kim needs him... and she’s always there for him when he needs her... just friends? That’s the only thing Ron ever considered, at first.. Ron enjoys mostly going to Bueno Nacho and just snacking... of course, he’s also the inventor of the Naco.
Kim Possible
She’s you’re average teenage cheerleader... homework, shopping, and saving the world on a school night? No big. No matter what plan Doctor Draken, Duff Killigan, Monkey Fist, Senor Senior Sr and Senor Senior Jr throw at her, she always saves the day... with her best friend by her side! Sometimes, things get a little tough, and it seems like there’s no way out... until Kim comes up with an idea to get her, Ron and Rufus out of the most dangerous situations... and then, if she’s still got time, she heads over to Club Banana to buy stuff from their latest sale.
Rufus
Rufus is the cute, adorable naked mole rat that Ron got just before Kim’s first mission EVER (as shown in A Sitch in Time)... just like Ron, he likes popping over to Bueno Nacho and getting something to eat... especially if there’s LOTS of cheese in it! Rufus tends to help Kim and Ron get out of tough situations... like if their tied up, he chews through the rope... if their about to get frozen, he turns the conveyer belt thing off so they can go after the bad guys.
Wade Load
Wade is the super-genius webmaster of Kim’s website. Although Kim doesn’t really meet him face to face, (that I know of) she does see him... on her Kimunicator! He invented that, along with many inventions that help Kim on her missions... although he doesn’t really give Ron inventions now after the acid nailpolish... (lol) But, Wade always keeps Kim informed on any hits on her site, so that she doesn’t have to keep checking it when she’s at school. Wade’s 10 years old, and finished highschool and college in 8 months (I think that’s how long, I heard that somewhere).
The Bad Guys
Shego
Shego is the ‘assistant’ of Doctor Draken, although she used to be a good guy. Fighting with her annoying brothers against crime... but she turned over to the bad side, and joined forces with Doctor Draken. Now, although she thinks Drakens plans can be extremely lame, she spends most of her time fighting with KP, while Draken lamely tells Kim and Ron his plan... and of course, Shego is constantly telling Kim that her fashion sense is bad... while throwing a few green flame punches at her!
Doctor Draken
The ‘Evil Doctor Draken’ is none other than the blue guy... (lol) He’s one of the many villains in Kim Possible, although sometimes his plans don’t make much sense. He’s the type of villain who prefers to tell his enemies his plan in full detail, which gives them time to think of a way to escape (if he’s got them tied up). Draken hates that his plans are always ruined by Kim, but that never stops him from trying again... and again... and again. Like Shego Draken never used to be a bad guy, although he never fought crime like she did... he actually went to college with Kim’s father! But, teased by his peers, he turned evil to show them how smart he was. He also never seems to remember Ron’s name, most of the time.
Lord Monkey Fist
Monkey Fist is one of the more, uh, weird villains. After he tried to gain the monkey power, he accidentally transferred some of it to Ron, who can now do Monkey martial arts... Monkey Fist is known for his monkey ninja’s, and of course for his ability to remember Ron’s name! Seriously though, Monkey Fist also tried to turn Kim into a monkey... he planned to use her to help him do his crime, and of course she wouldn’t be around to ruin his plans... but that plan didn’t work out either.
Duff Killigan
Duff Killigan is the Scottish villain, who wears a kilt and of course attacks anyone who tries to stop his plans with exploding golf balls... like all the other villains, Killigans plans are always ruined by Kim Possible, and of course he, like all the other villains, keeps trying again... actually takes the ‘if at first you don’t succeed try try again’ saying too seriously.
Senor Senior Sr
Out of the two Senor Seniors, Senor Senior Sr is definitely the smartest one... not that its hard to tell. He’s an old-fashioned villain, who believes in telling the enemy, his captive, his plan and leave them just before their death... an age old tradition. Also believes in giving the enemy time to shimmy up the rope, before smashing them against a building... basically, to do something heroic before they die.
Senor Senior Jr
Senor Senior Jr is definitely the dumbest of the two Senor Seniors, and unlike his father, isn’t much interested in crime... proof of that being when he stole pizzapotamus and the others, he just wanted to make them dance, and his plan was for everyone to dance all night... not exactly evil. Jr is VERY shallow, and is the type of guy who needs a comb with him wherever he goes... after all, you never know when a hair might come out of place.
Other’s
Mrs. Possible (Kim’s Mom)
Mrs. Possible is the brain surgeon in the family, and is a little less strict then Kim’s father, especially when it comes to things like boys. She knows that Kim needs to do the save-the-world thing, but prefers for Kim to have her homework done first. Mrs. P is the only other person (that I know of) that has used Kim’s famous ‘puppy dog pout’.
Mr. Possible
Rocket Scientist in the family, also the reason the tweebs are named Jim and Tim (since his full name is after all James Timothy Possible). For Mr. Possible, Kim is still his little Kimmie-cub, and boys better watch out for the very overprotective father... Although he can be strict with Kim and especially her boyfriends, he does understand that she’s growing up, and isn’t a little girl anymore.
The Tweebs (Jim & Tim)
The tweebs are definitely a chip of the old block... when it comes to intelligence. Put a brain surgeon and a rocket scientist together, and that’s what you get... inventor twin dweebs. Jim and Tim tend to get on Kim’s nerves a bit, but she wouldn’t trade them for any other brothers, no matter how much she threatens to. They REALLY love going on missions with Kim though... And of course, the tweebs wouldn’t be tweebs if they didn’t have their very own secret language... "Hickabickaboo?" "HOO-SHA!".
Monique
Monique is another close friend of Kim’s, although not many times does she go on a mission with Kim. Like Kim said in So the Drama, it takes awhile to understand Monique speak... see, Ron is more like Kim’s save-the-world partner, possible boyfriend, meet-you-at-Bueno-Nacho friend, whereas Monique is Kim’s shopping friend... at Club Banana!
Bonnie
Ah, Bonnie... ultimate rival of Kim at school. Cheerleading captain, Bonnie always tries whatever she can to embarrass Kim, to get Kim off the team, or to just be mean. For whatever reason, Bonnie seems to pretty much hate Kim... whether its because she’s jealous or because that’s just the way she is, is unknown. Bonnie particularly takes enjoyment from calling Ron ‘that loser’. Her secret nickname, given to her by her mother? BonBon... yeah, that’s right, BonBon.
