NetWinner Tips

1. Clear your cookies and temp files everyday.

2. Right click on the game and change quality to "medium" or "low" - THIS OPTION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE

3. Sign up or refer all of your family members. Even if they don't play, you still get 100 points and you can periodically log into their accounts and bump them up to 100 plays so you can get another 400 points. THOSE REALLY ADD UP!

4. Put your referral link in your signatures on forums and posts.

5. Post your referral link to public places like craigslist.

6. Send out your referral link at the bottom of your emails.

7. If you eBay, put the link on your ME page and your My World page.

8. If you have other websites (i.e. MySpace, AOL, etc.) post your referral link there.

9. Creat a webpage! Post your referral link there! (i.e. MySpace, Angelfire, etc.)

10. If you are good at contests, check the NetWinner "Community" and "Contests" sections on how to get more points. I've earned a bunch from doing those "Post & Win" or "Trivia" contests in the forums.

11. When the code box pops up and asks you to enter the code shown, you do not have to type it in ALL CAPS.

12. Go to this thread http://www.netwinner.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=585 in the NetWinner forums and post a picture of yourself holding a NetWinner sign or edit a picture you already have to say something about NetWinner and receive 500 points! (Only one per account.)

13. DO NOT click WIN and walk away!! If you win a $25 or higher prize, you will have to fill out a form with a timer. If that timer runs out, you forfiet the prize! If you need to walk away from the computer while playing, hit quick pick and go while it picks the numbers.

14. Minimize your NetWinner browser to the side of your screen. You only need to see part of the win & part of the "quick pick" button to play. This way you can continue to work & browse, just click win when you see it light up!

Here are the steps to take to ensure that you get credit properly for completing your offer!

On the menu bar at the top of your browser, click on 'Tools' and then 'Options'.
A new window will pop up. Now click the tab that says 'Content' and make sure the option 'Block Pop-ups' is UNCHECKED. Afterwards, 'Ok' .

2. Accept all cookies
Internet Explorer
On the menu bar at the top of your browser, click on 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'.
A new window will pop up. Now click the tab that says 'Privacy'. Now look for a slider bar under 'Settings' and lower the bar down to 'Accept All Cookies'. Then click 'Ok'.

Mozilla Firefox
On the menu bar at the top of your browser, click on 'Tools' and then 'Options'.
A new window will pop up. Now click the tab that says 'Privacy'. Now click the 'Cookies' mini-tab. Make sure that the 'Allow Site to Set Cookies' box is CHECKED and the following two boxes below are UNCHECKED. After that, make sure that the setting 'Keep Cookies' is set to 'Until They Expire'. Then click 'Ok'.

3. Clear your cookies and cache before completing EACH visit or revisit to an offer
To automatically clear your cookies and cache with a click of a button, download CCleaner from ccleaner.com. This software is free and clears the cookies and cache off of your local computer with a single click.

Alternatively, you can manually clear your cookies and cache with the following instructions.
Internet Explorer
On the menu bar at the top of your browser, click on 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'.
A new window will pop up. Now click the tab that says 'General'. Look for a button that says 'Delete Files'. When you click that button, a new smaller window will pop up and now make sure the 'Delete All Offline Content' box is CHECKED and then click 'Ok'. That takes care of the cache. Now for the cookies.
Under the same 'General' tab, look for a button that says 'Delete Cookies' and click it. Then click 'Ok'.

Mozilla Firefox
On the menu bar at the top of your browser, click on 'Tools' and then 'Options'.
A new window will pop up. Now click the tab that says 'Privacy'. Look for a mini-tab titled 'Cookies' and click that. Then click 'Clear Cookies Now' and click 'Ok'. That takes care of the cookies. Now for the cache.
Look for a mini-tab titled 'Cache' and click the 'Clear Cache Now' button.

4. Complete the offer until you reach the confirmation page and then leave your browser on that confirmation page for at least 3 minutes before closing your window to ensure proper tracking.

5. Turn off any firewalls, anti-virus, or spyware cleansing programs before visiting an offer. Sometimes these programs may interfere with the tracking.
