Here is a little bit of information about me. I am a total nerd! Yes I admitted it, finally (sigh of relief). I was the girl who was reading a book while the other kids were having a class party in grade school. I was the one in college trying to answer all the professors qusetions, including the rhetorical ones. I am the one that clears row after row of Jeopardy answers (your impressed aren't you?). I read and collect history books as one of my hobbies. I go to my local book bank and pick out free books as my special "me time". I write responses to novels I have read for my own enjoyment! I have come to accept my nerdiness.
O kay. My interest does not lay with just reading. I also like to write. I prefer to write in prose or even memoirs (I find my childhood endlessly funny). I sometimes dable in the poetry relm but I really do not feel that it is my strong suit, though I did manage to get an A in poetry 201, intermediate poetry writing class! I collect journals as well. I Stopped counting at about forty and than started to give them to my nieces during one of my moments where I felt the need to purge. My goal is to fill them all with my thoughts but I hope no one ever reads them. I made my eldest promise to just throw them all away when I pass on.
