Is it just me, or does it seem like school electives expect you to already know the entire subject, when they're the ones that are supposed to teach you in the first place. For example, graphics design class. Most teachers now are skipping the basic tutorials that a lot of people need to understand in order to know how the programs work. I thought that that was the whole point of school, but apparently not. Now I guess the new school is the one that you teach yourself. A good concept I guess, but a horrible practice right now. The majority of students today don't take it upon themselves to be taught anything outside school, and even some inside school (a.k.a. lazy).
