Wyre is an upcoming artist whose singles are currently toping local charts. At an early age he was fascinated by Michael Jackson and spent most of his time imitating him. He is a second born in a family of three. He indebts his success to his family and Ted Josiah his friend and producer.When he joined Dagoretti High School for his A levels he joined the choir and started a groupof five:Soul Pac.They performed at many city schools but later parted ways after school.He went for auditions organised by Shelton Entertaiment and emerged top in the R&B category.He furthered his carrer by joining Institute of Communication Studies and Development. While in college Necessary Noise was formed. Wyre got an internship and later a job at Ted Josiahs production house.The group launched their CD in April 2001 but later broke up after Nazizi and Bamzi had to leave for Malaysia for further studies.The group later joined again minus Bamzi but they remained strong.Wyre and Nazizi launched Necessary NoizeII.His career was propelled when he featured in GidiGidi MajiMajis and Redsuns song.He was inspired by Hardstone and Kalamashaka.The duo featured in three of Bebe Cools songs.They have also collaborated with Tanzanian T.I.D. and many more.October 2004 the two broke up to persue their own solo careers.His solos that continue to top charts are 'Usuhuba','Sikiza', 'Definations', 'Chuki' and 'Make a choice'.

Wyre and Nazizi have recorded numerous songs with other artists.Bebe cool is one of them and infact during their tour in 2004 they recorded three songs in one weekend.The duo have really matured in their music making.

Here Wyre and Nazizi bask in the kisima glory. There was controversy following the awards. People said that they had won that many awards at the Kisimas because they were produced by Tedd Josiah. Instead of giving a big up to them.The criticisms led to their producer stepping down from anything to do with the awards. "They need to understand that awards are not a right." said wyre in a interview on their tour and their winnings.
