Our Story:
I met my husband while we were in high school, he was one of the "Special Kids".
A high functioning disabled teenager.
I was very tall for my age & very SMART & not very pretty, so I was an outcast to
the Popular Kids, so I found friends where they would accept me.
He has a heart of gold and now functions on a teenage level.
He goes to work everyday at a minimum wage job, walking, riding a bike,
taking the bus, whatever it takes to get his paycheck!
This is his one fixation, his goal in life.
I became pregnant my second year of college.
The doctor could have knocked me over with a feather
when he told me I was having TWINS!
Unknown to me I have a rare medical condition
that makes having children life threatening.
The main vein in my body called the Vena Cava does not
run down my body off-center as in most women, It lies centered in my body.
This genetic misplacement allows my unborn child(ren) to lie directly
on this vein which in turn causes deadly high blood pressure.
My Doctors tried to control this with medication however this only helped
the problem not healed it.
At the end of my pregnancy I requested permission from the
state to be sterilized due to my medical condition (I was unable to use
hormone therapy, other forms of birth control proved not to work & condoms
from the 99 cent store seem to fail a lot!) & our financial situation.
THE STATE TURNED ME DOWN! Then my husband requested a vasectomy and
THE STATE TURNED HIM DOWN!
They told him he doesn't have the mental capacity
to make this decision.
With each successive pregnancy my medical condition grew continually worse.
My husband & I requested sterilization for either of us & we were
turned down a total of 3 times each resulting in a total of 4 children.
My doctor finally had to save my life in 2002 which resulted in sterilization.
Don't get me wrong I love my children & wouldn't give them up for anything in the world.
But the fact remains that if I had had it my way
I would have stopped having children after my twins were born.
Our financial reality is that my husband can never afford to support
a family this large; & until all my children are all old enough to start school
I cannot make enough to pay the babysitter, let alone help pay the bills.
We do not qualify for state aid as my Husband works 40 hours a week at minimum wage
(If we were Drug Addicts or Alcoholics we could receive anything the state offers)
Since the state was already involved in the management of my husbands
disability they should have been aware that he would have difficulty supporting
himself much less a family of 6 when they took away his right to Sterilization.
In taking away OUR reproductive choices they have condemned us
to a lifetime of poverty.
We don't live lavishly, in fact if we have money for gas we feel rich.
Our Mobil home is $1200 a month this price includes rent,
utilities, insurance and taxes.
We get our food from Charities & clothing from 2nd hand stores, all our furniture is used. For 7 years My Sister-In-Law was my roommate,
but she moved to another state when her 1st grandchild was born
but she had been paying nearly half the living expenses.
(We lived in only half the house so things got piled high).
We drive a 1995 used minivan, have no credit cards, no telephone,
no cell phone, cable or Internet.
We get to use my friends Internet once in a while.
To survive we need a minimum of $1400.00 a
month. This pays for our home and leaves us $200.00 to buy food,
diapers, gas, etc. Between my husbands paycheck & his Social
Security our income was $1469.00 a
month.
Then
Nov 2006 Children's Services enters our life to "FAST TRACK" Us into their
system.

November 2006 we received a letter from Social Security notifying us
that my Husband was no longer eligible to receive Social
Security due to some obscure rule they have that if over a period
of 5 years you have a total of 9 months that you are paid more
than I think it is $860.00 before taxes you no longer qualify
for Social Security. That left us with a net of about $650.00 a
month to live on pay rent, utilities & to feed our growing
family.
Later that same month in 2006 we received a notice
at his work that the state was going to garnishee his wages
$243.72 a month to repay welfare for my request for help for 6
months in 2005. (we had split up)
That leaves us with a net
of approximately $400.00 a month & this is just not enough
to live on.
Then also in November a Ticket that had gone to
collections suddenly came alive, & I have to pay or go to
jail.
Later in November Social Security sent us a billing for
Overpayment of $8,000.00 First payment due 2-3-07
My
family tapped themselves out in December, & January to help pay
our bills but we are now at a loss for places to look for
help!
So we are coming to you to beg for HELP from our World
Family.
In weekly/daily installments I
will be providing you with additional information regarding the
ONGOING & PAST developments of our family starting from 1998 to
the present.

My Best Friend (I'll call her Bertha) from High
School was being beaten by her Mother & I removed her from
her Mother's home & offered her shelter. (Bertha & her
family have lived with me on & off for most of the Time I have
been married, They have "money problems" a lot & she knows
she can stay here at no cost in my half of the house. So call me
a fool I thought she was my best friend.)
Bertha's Mother
promised me that she would call Children's Services everyday of
her life until I lost my Children for interfering in this dispute.
She apparently has done just that!
To date, there
has been 87 calls to Children's Services about My Family about 1
every month since my Twins were born. When the twins were 1 month
old the 1st call to Children's Services was made. The following
calls are only the calls that made it as far as getting a number
assigned! (Calls to Children's services will be

to the nature of this situation
11-1997 My New Spouse has ADD & has a life coach, they teach
him how to do daily living, now they have to add parenting as we
are going to have a baby. They are a Mandatory Reporting
agency
3-1998 Broke one ankle & sprained the other falling down the
stairs at school so I am unable to get to classes so I don't get my
degree. (Funny thing: no one checked on me at school, after 5 days I
crawled to classes but I already had missed the max allowed. I lived
in a third floor dorm room and the building did not have an
elevator.)
4-1998 I was put on bed rest for the duration of my
pregnancy.
7-@@-1998 Twins are born early, having problems with blood
pressure, Dr starts the delivery & it all stops & the Dr
finds another fully developed sac of waters just no baby inside.
(Babies are pretty good, twin 1 has breathing problems & droopy
eye & a heart murmur, twin 2 bright & sassy) I had to stay
in the hospital for an extra week because of my blood pressure
problems, & they also kept the babies there too because of twin
1's breathing problems).
7-98 to 10-98 I experienced very bad Postpartum Blues and needed
medication.
9-1998 Twin 2 has surgery for Pyloric Stenosis
3-1999 I was put on bed rest for the duration of my
pregnancy.
8-@@-1999 A beautiful baby girl was born (during my pregnancy
the Dr's checked for Downs Syndrome but found no
indications. Dr. had to take her early because of my blood
pressure problems.

12-1999 to 5-2001 Bertha & her family are back again until I
have to ask them to get a job & pay rent or find some where
else to live. (I Love her to death) It's more than I can afford
& neither of them even try to pick up after their family. (So
I really have to say something. I am really depressed.)

children) My Husband admitted to screaming at 2 oldest boys
outside of the home for throwing toys out the window &
holding each child by upper arm he took them to the toys &

are trying to stop this behavior) & the house was dirty. We

to God, My baby is OK & I finally got sterilized.
1-@@-2003 I Voluntarily put my twins in ADHD counseling so
they can achieve & advance in school. They are supposed to
help us as a Family cope with the problems associated with ADD
& ADHD. They are Mandatory Reporters.

5-2003 to 9-2003 Bertha & her husband & kids are at my house, they break up &

Mom tells her to move or pay half, she stole $350.00 of my rent money then
decided to move to her boyfriends Mom's house. (I could not prove this,
but she moved rather than answer the inquiry) later she swears
that she did not take it she said "remember
there was a contractor around the house at that time I bet he took it!"

for eating everyone else's lunches & snacks before school, and I had nothing more

5-@-2005 My Husband & I split up. I filed for divorce (a
requirement in our state to get aid) Mom paid to get it started.
I applied for welfare & will receive a cash grant. Thank God.
I will have to Do the Work Program which I am looking forward to.
I met a girl in the Welfare office that needs a place to live & will baby-sit
for me while I go thru the work program.
(I just happen to have the front of my house open &
she will split cost of house with me & she will get paid for
babysitting from the state) Things are looking up.
6-2005 I am going thru the state work program & kids are
being babysat by Lets Call her Norma) (Note: I met her boyfriend
in high school lets call him Bill) He lived next door to
Bertha, (but he's in jail right now for a traffic ticket) so she
has no place to live. I feel better & I think I can make it
with a little help from GOD
6-2005 to 9-2005 Bertha's Mom beat her up again this time I have
to take her to the hospital, she has a ruptured Kidney. Her
boyfriend & kids go to my house to live until my mom tell's
her & her boyfriend to get a job & help pay expenses. (My
mom carries the paper on my house for me so she is the real owner)
8-2005 Working & loving it, but my commute is well over an
hour each way. I really miss the kids & I'm working on
commission but I can't turn down any job offered to me while I'm
in the program. So I'm working for nothing after paying for gas
(at nearly 3.50 per gallon). Thank God the State is paying Norma
for babysitting.
8-16-2005 Police were at the house??
9-1@-2005 I Got a call from a Temp Agency for a Temp job locally
at a County agency, Sweet! Job program says I can take the new
job, I'm loving this, I get to see my kids, I feel good &
I'm losing weight too!
12@@-2005 Bertha & her new boyfriend are at my house
again (she lost her kids because she has no home) I am telling
my mom they just come over often to visit!
12-15-2005 Temp job ends. Norma's boyfriend comes home from
jail, she wants to know if Bill can stay at the house too until
he gets a job? He will do much needed household repairs to pay
his rent. (I have known him for many years & my husband has
no mechanical aptitude at all.)
12-2005 The School wants my daughter on ADHD meds as she is
showing the same symptoms as the twins, I voluntarily added
her to the same Therapy Agency as the boys so she also can do
well in School, with her disability.
1-@@-2006 My Husband & I go back together, the kids really
miss their Dad I guess we need to work out our problems for
them!
2-2@-2006 Things were OK with Norma & Bill here until she
didn't go for the Live Scan, now the state will not pay her for
babysitting & she thinks I owe them a living. OMG I'm
trying to pay all the expenses now & to feed 10 people. My
mom gave them a Notice to Quit or Pay & they chose to
leave.
3-@-2006 Bertha begs my mom to let her live in front of house
so she can get her kids back. She says "she has welfare &
her boyfriend has disability so they will pay". "Please MOM I
will not screw you I promise I just need a place so I can get my
kids back". So call my mom a fool too, she believed her &
wanted to see her get the kids back
4-10-2006 Washing machine breaks down while my Parents are out
of state (my mom helps me get repairs done) & I have Zero
money. It just keeps leaking on the floor (particle
board). The Repair place will not let me make payments on
repairs but they will let me make payments on buying a used
washing machine. So I make the deal & they swap them out.
(By the way they damaged my floor making the exchange) ((NOTE
FROM MOM)) They save their pennies & eventually pay off all
their debts with us
4-2@-2006 Bertha is not paying as promised & Mom told her to
get out. Bertha says "but I get my kids back this week". Mom
says "no payments, no living here, period. I Love the kids but
you have screwed me again & you have sponged off my daughter
too long. Get Out!" Bertha then just like her Mother "promised
to call the Children's Services until My kids are taken away so I
can feel her pain".

5-2@-2006 Clothes Dryer died a very noisy death. This is
just all too funny, hysterical even.
6-3-2006 My Birthday, my Parents buy me a new Washer for a
present & also buy me a new dryer for me to make payments to
them.
6-1@-2006 OMG my Husbands foot went thru the floor by the
backdoor (particle board floor) where the washer had been
leaking, on his way out the door for work. I put my wooden
cutting board on top of it to protect us from accidents
6-1@-2006 OMG the Refrigerator dies while we are house sitting
for Mom. OMG all the food is spoiled & stinking, I have Zero
Money. Mom call's the repair man & pays the bill.
6-22-2006 OMG Air Conditioning breaks down, I live in the
desert. I have Zero money & mom can't afford to help this
time.
6-2006 My Parents are trying to refinance their house to try
& help me. Thanks to God, I don't know what I would without
them at this time of my life.

6-2@-2006 Police & Temp Social Worker show up Looking for
Bill & to make sure he was not still living here & to
ask questions & advise me of a Team Meeting on Friday.
Temp Worker demands new screens & locks on all the windows
& rekeying all the door locks & extra slide locks on the
doors. TODAY, To keep perp from returning here. I
told him I could not afford this & he stated that "I
would get them or I would lose my kids today". It cost my
parents nearly $800.00 for those repairs.
6-2@-2006 Same Temp Worker came to house. I showed him that
the front of my house was totally unoccupied, (he seemed to think
I had someone hidden under the bed) & that I was in the
process of cleaning it up (the plumbing was messed up in that
half of the house) & we were taking down the separation wall
(but we were still cramped in only half the house). I showed
him my half was very clean, he said it should never been that way
in the first place. He then noticed the hole in the floor &
said "You will get that fixed, You will paint the entire
house, & You will have the Air Conditioning repaired &
You will make all the plumbing functional before I come back to your
house or I will take the kids & I don't care if you can
afford it or not". (It cost my parents over $6,000.00 to
fix all this). He then talked to each of my children alone &
sent Mom & I outside. When he called us back in we were
admonished that if we talk to the children now or ever or in fact
if we talk to anyone about this case we would go to jail as it
was all confidential. He asked about spanking the kids & my
mom said on my behalf these children are never beaten, only
measured corporal punishment but mostly time outs. He said
"I'm telling you here & now that if you or any one in
your aquaintenance ever again punish these children, I will take
your kids!" He also stated that "if anyone reported seeing me
anywhere even just in the same mall in different stores with the
perp (or any in family male!) HE WOULD TAKE THE KIDS!"
6-2@-2006 State team meeting. They advised us this was all
confidential & not to leave this room. It started out bad
& turned worse, but the kids did come home with me. Temp
Worker was really angry because he wants to keep the kids, he
stated "that he had interviewed all the surrounding neighbors &
they all concur that the children were unsupervised &
ignored". They indicate they will help the
family, including the counseling needed & auto repair, home
repairs, & many other programs would be available I
advised them my car needs tires & I had a ticket that had to be
taken care of & City Rep said "Now that's something I can
help with").
They indicate they are about healing
families not tearing them apart.
My
husband & I are to get counseling in parenting, anger
management & contact authorities if perp comes to our
house & we cannot have any more room mates. The Kids are to be put in County Therapy.
Kids are not to be around any male member of our family until
further notice except father, but other males are
OK?). Temp Worker flat lied 2 times in this meeting about
telling me to fix everything stated above & if anyone I was
acquainted with punished the kids for any reason he would take
the kids. City Rep says that in the
wraparound I will get help to fix all those things above, only
after I got the referral.
Temp worker was to put us into a program by Monday
& give me referrals of where to get the counseling
& to visit the home & schedule a Forensic Exam for the kids ASAP
& and then he was to pass the file on to a Perm Worker
within about 2 weeks.
The Kids don't get to go on their
camping trip though, they are broken hearted (It was to be their
reward from Grampa for doing great in school for the last 30
days.
6-2@-2006 (NOTE) I don't have a phone so I make all my calls at
my Moms house. The kids are out of school so I go over early
& use the phone. My Dad gets off at 3:30 & he is off on
Fridays. He calls on his cell phone on his way home to make sure
the kids & I have already left before he comes home
everyday! If I need to be at Moms house on Fridays, Dad always
goes somewhere to make sure the kids are not in the same place at
the same time as he!
6-2@-2006 I started calling the Temp worker
to find out where to sign up for the classes they required. They
are supposed to give me referrals. I took the kids to
therapy & the car broke down, OMG what else can happen, I
called the Temp Social Worker & left message on his voice mail
to inform him of this new Occurrence & to ask how do we get the help promised in the Team
Meeting ? When do my kids get the Forensic
exam?? I Called for two weeks & got no return
calls, so I contacted his supervisor to advise her that my car
had broken down & I had no transportation & needed
help very badly. She says tow it to the repair shop & get an
estimate & she will check with Temp Social Worker & I
also informed her "we didn't receive the VFM as stated on the
contract the following Monday after the meeting". I also
advised her that he was very abusive & disrespectful & that
he lied 2 times in the Team meeting &that he had made no referrals & hadn't set up the
Forensic Interview. I Left messages daily for almost a
month & never received a return phone call from
anyone, So I called our Assemblyman & asked them to get
involved. I also called the City Rep &
asked her if she could help me get the program started & she
said she could do nothing until I get put into a program by the Temp
Worker.
7-2006 State medical program denied, as a new asset rule for our
state, demands that both parties be on the title of our car.
My Hubby has ADD & to date he has been unable pass the
license test & therefore, cannot be insured. Therefore he
can't be on the title. OMG all the kids are on ADHD
medicine! I will not have medical ins after 9-1-06. They lost all
the paperwork so now I have to totally reapply!
7-2006 It cost my parents $1,011.00 to pay for the repair on my
car, but I needed it to take care of my family & for all my
mandatory appointments.
7-1@-2006 Supervisor called & said she would come to my home
to visit however, she was a NO SHOW for 3 appointments & then
the Temp Worker showed up MAD AS A
HORNET. He told me "I had already proved I was an unfit
mother, because I allowed my daughter to be molested", &
that "I lived in a pigsty". He said "I was a fat pig", & that
"I should get off my fat ass & buy the kids some clothes" (my
daughter was pulling at her underpants because she had grown, he
1st asked her who was touching her in those places & she replied
"NO ONE"! "I just grew & my undies are tight"). I tried
to explain that in our family sometimes we had to make a choice
between food & clothing. He retorted "it can't possibly be
that bad, buy these kids some clothes!" (Mom bought over $200,00
worth of clothes for the kids). He said that "he had not put us into a program yet, so he
couldn't help with the Auto repairs NOR could he do any referrals
because he was just to busy" I reminded him that the
contract we all signed said he was to do it by the following
Monday. He angrily retorted that "I had no idea how big his
caseload was & who was I to demand anything from him. I was
the bad mother after all" He talked to the 3 bigger kids, they
are all terrified of him after this visit, (I found out later he
told them they would be getting a new mommy).
7-2006 I took all 4 kids for Mandatory Physicals & Dental
visits. Kids are happy & healthy & above the growth line
for their age & highly intelligent. (Daughter shows no sign
of molestation), twin 1 has 3 cavities, twin 2 has 1, I got that
work done.
7-20-2006 Mini Tornado (wind storm) hit my Mobil Home & did
thousands of dollars worth of damage, now we're having to fight
the Insurance Co. Power was out nearly 3 days in 100+
temperature, so we lost all the refrigerator/freezer contents.
The Air Conditioning was down again & the Oven doesn't seem
to be getting gas to it now. We have 2 plumbing breaks
again. 1/2 of my home moved 3.5 inches, it lifted it up & it
slammed down causing lots of infrastructure problems under the
home, & there is obvious damages to the inside & outside
of the home We were flooded in for 2.5 days so I missed all the
therapy appointments.

Unfounded First visit from Temp Social Worker since
wind storm Obvious damage to home. We had broken trees all over
the house & the carport & on top of my car, Social
Worker comments were "I see you quit taking care of the outside
of your home", NOT what happened or was anyone hurt or can we do
anything to help!. Once inside the house he said "it stinks in
here clean it up! (The trash can was in front of the refrigerator
being filled with rotten foodstuffs.) He could have asked if
we had any food left to eat! I asked him
when we were going to get into a program & get the referrals we
need for counseling,
He said "he was just to busy".
8-2006 I Called all the doctors my personal
physician recommended for mental health, none take my medical
program.
8-2006 to 10-2006 Kids starting School again at a new school.
The old principal says they have a better program for special
needs kids. The Kids have their medication for about a month
& then the new school starts kicking one or more of them out
every day for being disruptive! They finally say "do not to bring
the kids back to school until they have their medications
again". (I Found out later this was illegal)
8-2006 to 10-2006 the school usually had called my mom by 8:30
any day they were going to send the kids home so she would call
me (on a borrowed the cell phone, Temp Worker demanded I have)
& I would have to leave where I was, to go home & be
Mrs. GoodMom so I could be a teacher to my kids. I
downloaded lots of stuff from the internet to teach my kids grade
levels to keep them up to par when they were kicked out. They
actually did really good with this one on one or two on one , or
three on one learning! When Mrs. GoodMom was teaching at my home
the housework had to be left undone for 8 hours a day! (Then
I was as tired as a real Teacher getting off of work & still had
to take care of my family, get them fed, bathed & Loved &
to bed for school the next day!)
So the house got really
dirty at times.
8-@-2006 I Took the kids to Dr appointments at 2 per day, one of
those days my Dr. visit ran over & I was late picking up the
kids from School & they called my mom. She Immediately went
& picked up the kids & took them to my home & waited
for me.
8-1@-2006 New Charges not put to
number: Visit from Abusive Temp Worker. He found out I was
late picking up my kids from school & now is here demanding
that I be at the school or waiting for the bus (as applicable)
before the kids get out of school, one more time & he is
taking the kids from me!! So now I have to be done with anything
I am doing by 2:00 PM. He also found out my Dr. had put me on
depression medicine & he said "now your on drugs too"!!!, he
stated "if I was a drugie from the start it would be easy to get
my kids back (just go thru the program) but in my case it just
gave him another reason to take my kids & that he was
watching everything I do." I asked him when
do we get referrals? He said he is busy".
8-2006 I started going to the Department of
Mental Health everyday when kids go to school. I am trying to
get my husband & myself seen on my own since I can't get any
referrals from the Temp Worker. DMH closes the doors at
8:30 I have to drop off the Kids at 8:15 & they always have
always just closed the door when I get there. I'm not eligible
till after 9-1 anyway.
8-2006 to 9-2006 I have been going to the state welfare office
daily to get the application & intake appointment for new
medical insurance, but I have to pick up the kids by 2:00 & I
never get called by that time so I have to leave. So I tried to
ask if i can just take the paperwork home & fill it out then
come back for an appointment, & they say "NO"
9-2006 Eligible for state mental heath now
so I found a way to call & make an appointment. Their
first intake appointment is 12-29-2006 I TOOK
IT
9-1@-2006 New Charges not put to
number, Abusive Temp Worker shows up today with 3 other
social workers & a camera & wants to see the kids, 1 worker
has to leave because she is allergic to cats. I told him they
were in school all except the baby & Twin #1. He said "I
have been informed that you have not sent the kids back to school
since the new semester started". I told him "I beg to Differ
with him but they go to school every morning but are sent home
almost every day for not having their medications now". I begged him to help me find a program that will help
get the meds at no cost since the Medical insurance was not in
effect. He indicated that he was removing the kids because
I did not take them to school. I demanded to know why, he said
again "You are not making the kids go to school & I am
taking the kids. Where are the other two, AT
GRANDMA'S!" I told him "NO", they are in school! Call
them if he didn't believe me. He said "I have been in contact
with them this AM & I know you are not taking them to
school"!!!! I asked him just which school he called then. He
looked in his file & gave me the name of the OLD SCHOOL they
had left in the end June. I told him his records were not up to
date the Kids had started in the New School the week school
started & that it was in his records & he said no one
informed him & that was against our agreement So he was still
taking the kids!. I advised him that I had taken a copy of the
transfer request from the Old Principal to the New School
(because they had a better program for Special Needs Kids) to his
office & dropped it off & I had a receipt for it! He took
pictures of the house & the 2 kids that were home & demanded
if that were true then I had to get him the attendance records
ASAP & they had to show the kids in school every day or the
kids are gone! (I had just told him they were being sent home
almost daily because of no meds.) I asked the
Temp Worker "when I was going to be put into a program so I could
get the referrals & programs offered & he stated "He was
to busy ". After he left the police came to my home &
asked for the Social Workers & I Informed the Police that
they had already left, they went to their cars & talked on the
radio or phone (I assume) for a while & then left.
9-2@-2006 I went to the New School today & asked that they
fax a copy of the attendance records to the Abusive Temp Worker
& they said "they had no idea Children's Services was on the
case, they would fax it right away."
9-2@-06 My daughter asked me today
"Mommy, can I have your phone number so I can call you
when you're not my mommy anymore"!. I was floored to say
the least. I asked her "who told her that" & she responded
"Mr. @@@@@ & he told the boys too". My mom was there &
heard this. So she told me "I'm taking the kids to my house to
find out what he has been saying to these kids! If anyone is
going to jail it will be me because the kids need you at home with
them". So my mom took the children to her house & she asked
them questions. I went over in about an hour.
The 4 issues
in this case are what my mom asked the kids about: 1. If my
daughter was molested. 2. If #1 twin had cold showers for
punishment. 3. If mom hit #2 twin. 4. If one of the twins was
possibly molested.
In her words; First & foremost
"I reminded each of the kids to always tell the truth & the
whole truth & nothing but the truth". 1st I talked to my
granddaughter & told her I needed to know what she had been
talking to Mr. @@@@@ about & she said "he told her to tell
the truth". I told her that was right. I asked her if anyone
had hurt her or touched her in any way that she didn't feel was
right & she answered "NO". So I rephrased the question to had
any man/person ever touched her with her clothes on or clothes
off besides Mommy & Daddy she said "YES". I asked if he hurt
her she said "NO". I asked if he acted like he liked it, or he
thought she might like it she said "NO". I asked if he touched
her skin & she said "NO". So now what? I asked her what
was happening when she was touched? She said that all 4 kids went
out & got muddy & the babysitter was mad because she had
an appointment & was going to be late now. She made all the
kids take a bath at the same time in the big bath tub. After they
were washed the babysitter told her boyfriend to dry 2 & she
would dry 2. My granddaughter said "Bill held the towel &
dried her & held up her underwear for her to put her foot
into them & she finished getting dressed while Bill dried
her brother twin #1. I asked her if he had ever laid on her or
kissed her? She said "NO", then shyly she said well maybe he
kissed me once on the hair when we were watching a movie. I
asked her why she didn't tell Mr. @@@@@ all of this. She said "he
didn't ask me, he only asked if a man had ever touched me"! I
talked to twin #1 next & asked him about the day Bill helped dry
him & his story was the same as my granddaughters & he
did not feel that Bill had touched him in any personal places he
just helped dry him really fast.
So that Answers # 1 & 4
above.
I also asked twin #1 about cold showers: (He is
very Hyperactive & does not want to take time to go to the
restroom & sit down so he has accidents.) Mother is not
allowed to punish him in any way but, the standard statement is
to take a shower you have soiled your self. So now he jumps
in the shower without being told & before the water warms
up. I asked him specifically if he ever had cold showers? he said
"YES". I asked him if his Mother made him take them cold or did
she always come & make sure the water warmed up for
him. He said "she always made sure the water got warm". I
asked him what Mr. @@@@@ asked him about this, he responded that he
was asked if he ever had cold showers & he said "YES". I
asked him why he didn't tell Mr. @@@@@ that Mommy always came &
warmed them up & he said "Mr. @@@@@ did not ask him
that".
So that answers No 2 above.
I talked to twin #2
& asked him about the day his Mama hit him. I asked if there
was any wood involved he said "YES, Mama was trying to move some
of the wood from the wind storm" he said. I asked him if the wood
was falling on him when Mom caught it but her hand hit his arm
at the same time? He said "YES". I asked was it an accident then?
He said "well maybe, but she didn't say she was sorry, she said
if I wasn't playing with the wood in the back of the van it
wouldn't have fallen on me so I was mad". I asked him what he
told Mr. @@@@@? He said that he told him that "YES Mama had hit
him". I asked him did he tell Mr. @@@@@ it was an accident? He
said "NO he didn't ask me if it was an accident". I asked him if
he would have told Mr. @@@@@ it was an accident if Mama had
said she was sorry, & he said "YES"
So that answers No
3 above.
I then told all the children together to always
tell the truth & the whole truth, If someone asks you a
question & there are more answers or more truth to it, then
you yell there is more truth until they listen to you. My very
bored 6 year old granddaughter, rolled her eyes to the back of her
head & told me
"Gramma haven't you figured it out
yet? They don't want to know anything good about my Mommy &
Daddy..."
9-2@-06 My Next door neighbor calls my Mom on the cell
phone, we are at a School SST for 2 of my kids. He informs us
there is a very loud, very angry person at my house who has
been beating on the doors & peeking into the windows for over
an hour & he says he is a Social Worker who then proceeds to
tell my neighbor all the gorey details of this "highly
confidential matter" including all the past calls). He demands
to know from my neighbor where we are & my neighbor says we are
probably late getting home. So the Temp Worker says loudly "I
know where she is, she's at her Mom's house!" & peels rubber
driving away from my house. We come home & my neighbor starts
to give us the details. He said "why didn't we ask for
help?" I told him it was because Temp Worker told us we would go
to jail if we did. My neighbors reply was "if it was that
confidential why did he tell me your life history & why
don't they ask me? I live next door to you & I know allot
about how you treat your kids"? I told him that the Temp
Worker said in team meeting that he had interviewed all my
neighbors & that they had all agreed I was an unfit Mom. My
neighbor replies "he did not interview me OR my
wife". (I later asked other neighbors & found out no one
was interviewed) I went into the house to make sure things were
in fact picked up, they were except I had been folding laundry on
Living Room couch & the Paint cans (Mom had just bought by
his demand) on Dining room table. I usually have to about 6 to 8
loads of laundry everyday) The Temp Worker comes back to the
house & stomping his legs all the way into the house &
announces he is there by throwing open the door & stomping
in. The children are all shrieking & screaming "Hide Mr.
@@@@@ is here to take us away, Hurry, Hide, Don't let him find
us". They continued to hide & cry all the time he was
there! My Mom followed him in & was witness to the following
Temp Worker demanded to know where I
just was. I told him "if it was any of his business, I was in
a meeting at the School for 2 of my kids SST's. He stomps around
the clean house & finally comes to the Living Room couch
& says "clean up this PIGSTY". I asked what was wrong with
my home and he replied "all that filth in the LR". I asked did
he mean laundry in the process of being folded & the 3 very
small pieces of paper on the floor & 2 toys & my
purse? He stated "Yes its a PIGSTY" then he turned to the Dining
room & said "in the past you always blamed your filth on your
roommates, whets your excuse now?" I asked if he was implying the
paint cans on the table? I told him I had just got back from
buying them when I had to go to my appointment at the school for
the SST's. He said "it's a PIGSTY clean it or I will take your
kids".
The Temp Worker had finally brought the VFM (this
was due the Monday after the Team meeting) for my signature. He
wanted me to sign it without reading, but I said no I read what I
sign. It had about 14 errors in it, I said "I can't sign
this its wrong & he demanded that I sign it anyway or
lose my kids right this minute. He said he would fix it later
(that was never done). I signed it Under Duress. I
signed it in purple & wrote signed under duress under my
name.
(This very same erroneous information is now the
basis of their new case.)
He told me again "I had
already proved I was an unfit mother by allowing my daughter to
be molested & that "I don't bond with my kids (they are in
hiding because he is there) he continued to browbeat me for
almost an hour & I became a hysterical mess. My Mom came in
& said "Mr. @@@@@@ I would like to ask you a question?". He
shouted that "Mom had nothing to do with this appointment & that
she should leave". Again my Mom said Mr. @@@@@ I would like to
ask you a question?". He is now talking louder & saying he
doesn't have to talk to my mom". Mom
asks when are these children going to be examined by the forensic
Dr?
If a crime has been committed
against her grandkids shouldn't something be happening to solve
that, did he forget that a man was supposedly the one who is at
fault here for this crime?" He is now yelling "I don't Have to
answer any of her questions" he leaned back in his chair &
made himself big & said "I am in control of this meeting
& I don't have to talk to you". Mom again using the same
tone of voice, said "Mr. @@@@@ I talked to these kids even if
you said I will go to jail & I asked them what do you talk
to them about. I asked my granddaughter if she had been touched?
She said "YES" she had been touched by Bill. I asked her for
information like what was happening when she was touched. She
said all the kids went outside & got muddy & Norma got
really mad because we made her late for an appointment &
made them all get into the big bath tub at one time, as they came
out she told Bill to dry 2 & she would dry 2 so they could
get out of there faster. My granddaughter said "he had a towel
in his hand" & she "had never been touched on her
skin! She was never kissed, except once when he kissed her hair
watching TV". All this time the Temp Worker is screaming "I don't
have to talk to you louder & louder then he finally stood up
& Posed like a muscle man (showing his muscles to us) then
he got right into my Mom's face & yelled at the top of his
lungs "I've got all I need to take her kids right now if you want
to continue yelling at me". He was banging on his chest like an
angry ape as he said all this.
Then I stood up & stopped
crying & said Mr. @@@@@ my Mom is not yelling her voice is
very quiet, you are yelling. He then screamed at me "now your
yelling at me & I don't have to put up with this". I told him
"I was just trying to be heard over your voice". I told him to
leave my home & never return because he was abusive & I
was going to demand a Formal Complaint be put out against
him. Mr. @@@@@ said "he was leaving" & he said "he was
terminating my case & recommending they remove my kids
immediately because I was not complying". He started walking
toward the door & said "I'm calling my supervisor right now
to report you". I said "good I would like to talk to your
supervisor too to report your attitude & behavior! &
that you have not done any referrals yet (I didn't have a
phone) As he got to the door with me only a step behind, he
slammed the door in my face & said "get your own F**king
phone"! Outside he was standing face to face with my neighbor
who was just coming to the door to see if he was harming us (his
wife was standing in her driveway). He rushed past the neighbor
as I came out my door with my Mom's cell phone in my hand
dialing his supervisor. He looked at me acting like a child
(moving his shoulders & talking in high tones) "You can't get
her I'm already talking to her & she will just be in a
meeting every time you call". Then He peeled rubber away from
my home! We found out later that the contractor was in fact under
the house doing repairs & heard this whole mess but he
didn't want to become involved then because in His words, "I
didn't know you from Adam then", he said he was crawling out to
see if he could help when he saw the neighbor walking up to the
steps with his phone in his hand so he figured he did not have to
become involved".
I could not talk to his supervisor as she
was in a meeting. So I left a Message! I called the Day worker
& asked to talk to the Supervisor after asking who I was, she
informed me that the Supervisor was in a meeting & she had to
take a message, I left the message about the abusive behavior of
the Temp Worker & that he had done no referrals & that
I wanted to file a Formal Complaint against this Abusive Temp Worker
& I then asked who the Supervisors' Supervisor is & was
told he was out of town for the week, so I could not talk to him.
She would have to call me back. (which she did not do for 2
days).
I called the police & tried to file a
complaint there against him & was informed "he was bigger
than GOD", "that he could do anything he deemed necessary in
the performance of his job short of hitting my person (including
breaking furniture)". I asked the police man if "I went to his
office & acted as I stated above would you arrest me" he said
"YES" but the same rules don't apply to Children's Welfare Workers.
I told the police my whole story & asked that some kind of
note be placed somewhere to document this call, he said "he
would try!" I called the Therapist for twin #2 & advised her
of the above thinking at least she seemed to be on my side
& she said all the "Politically Correct things to me to get
me off the phone. (At the next team meeting she also proved to be
a liar). I then called our congressman & he had left his
office but I left a message. I called our Representative and He
said this is better handled at the County level I then called our
assemblyman & asked them to become involved again &
explained the above circumstance to them & that I could get
no return calls, & that to date I had had no
referrals. they say they will email her & fax her. The
Assemblyman's office called me back the next day to see if the
Supervisor had returned my calls? I told her "NO She has not"
& the representative of the assemblyman said "she will try
& get her boss involved" She said call in the morning if I
don't hear from the Supervisor, I called & my contact was in
a meeting & now she would have to call me back! SHE DID
NOT! (I think maybe she got fired because when I went by to get
copies of their involvement later she no longer worker
there!) The Supervisor called me the next day. I informed her
of the Temp Workers abusive attitude & behavior & I that
I wanted to file a Formal Complaint against him & that I
would not allow him to step foot in my home again. !!! I stated I
would work with anyone else but not him !!! I advised her again that he had not provided me with
any referrals nor had the kids had any forensic exams
& that he had not placed us into any program &
it had been 5 months. She said "I did not
have to allow him back & that I would have a New Temp Worker
in a few days & that she would bring the Formal Complaint
out herself within a few days". (she made 2 appointments &
each time called me with an emergency she had to handle as a
Supervisor, then no return calls after that)

number, Visit from New Temp Worker. She says that she
is here because my youngest son is supposed to have been allowed
to cut off one of the kittens front paws with a Pizza
Cutter & it bled to death. She was shown that the knives
are kept on top of the refrigerator & not accessible to the
children. She says she can take the kids for this. The truth
of the story is that the baby laid down on one of the kittens at
naptime & smothered it to death & we threw it in the
trash, but the Temp Worker doesn't believe our side of the
story.
10-1@-2006 New Charges not put to
number, Ah Friday Nights I used to be able to allow one or
more of the kids to go to Grandmas & Grampas house on Friday
nights. I got a call from my Mom at 11:30 PM that the police
& a Social Worker were just at her house demanding that she
turn over the kids to them. She informed them they did not live
there but they wanted to see the kids anyway. She then informed
them if they wanted to see the kids they would have to go to
their home as they had not been here to visit for months
now! She invited them to come into her home if they didn't
believe the kids were not there! So they left to go to my
house My sister-in-law was visiting before moving to Texas so I
woke her up & sent her to her Mothers house So I would not be
accused of having a roommate! The Police & Social Worker show
up at 11:48 PM They demand to talk to the kids! I tried to wake
them up to talk to them but they were in LA LA Land! So they
Pulled the covers off them & looked at their bodies & found
no bruises but they did see that two of them still had dirty feet
from playing today They promptly informed me that was proof I did
not take care of my kids! I advised them that because of time
constraints & the size of our water heater that 2 children
bathed in the AM & 2 in the PM was that a PROBLEM? They
tried to make an issue of the kids rooms that were a mess (like all
kids room get) & said the kids are not allowed at a Male
Family members home & I said "they had not been to Grandmas
to visit for months" then they said "if the kids had been at
Grandmas tonight they were going to take them into custody."
I advised all the persons at my home that night about the
Abusive behavior of the Former Temp Worker and that he made no referrals in 5 months
Police report says "per DCFS no crime case
closed"
10-1@-06 New Charges not put to
number, 2nd son broke his wrist last weekend, a New Temp
worker shows up to investigate, She determined that it was an
accident, I had to take him to the Dr. for an x-ray (no medical
Insurance) so Mom had to pay. I found out the OLD ABUSIVE
TEMP WORKERS name is still on the complaint. I asked her did she
bring the Formal Complaint, she said that would be a Supervisors
job not hers. So I told her about all the total disregard by the
former Abusive Temp Worker & his abusive behavior &
that he had not given me any referrals in 5
months. She says if we can find the contract that says we
were supposed to be offered a wraparound then she will help us
get in touch with his superiors & the office
managers.
10-@@-2006 One of the kids brought a paper
home from school today that had a website on it where I could get
the medical application online, so I downloaded it & filled
it out, I called the local office & they say they cannot
accept that form in their office for intake
10-18-2006 I removed the Kids from that New school & advised
the Supervisor I took them back to their old school &
I advised the principal of kids being out of
medications, I told him we needed help & explained the
whole ugly story to him. We hadn't before because the
Abusive Temp Worker said we would go to jail if we broke the
confidentiality. (One of the kids therapist happened to be at
school that day & she sat in on the conversation).
10-18-2006 I have been looking all week for the contract but
I am unable to find it, today Mom is helping me unclog a sink. We
prayed to God to intercede & went about our day. I told my
youngest son I had a job he could help Mama with (he gets award
tickets) I reached for the dishwasher & it literally rolled
across the floor. I am Hysterical so my Mom says go away, I will
screw it back in. The wind storm probably loosened it. As I
walked away I screamed again because the paper we had been
looking for all week was laying open on the kitchen counter.
So we faxed it to the worker who offered help.
10-19-2006 Advised Therapist for oldest that they need to
implement home or school therapy (just like the other two were
getting) because I just could not afford to drive to another city
for this therapy. (To date this had not been
accomplished)
10-23-2006 I got a return call from the
Worker (after she read my fax) who had offered to help me
complain about abusive Temp Worker so I could get on the programs
necessary & get the kids examined & to get my referrals
& to receive the help as promised. She gave me the
names & phone numbers to the Temp Workers bosses & their
bosses. I started making calls to all & gave the 2nd in
command the whole story & begged for
help, I need the referrals to counseling & the referral to
programs & the Forensic Exam for my kids. He said
he would check into it.
10-2@-2006 Weather got really cold, the heater is not getting
any gas to it & the oven is still not working, advised Temp
Workers Supervisor, she says get estimates.
Week of 10-23-2006 called every day until I got to talk to 2nd
in command (I had to call the assembly man again to get him to
return the call) & I even had to leave a message for the 1st
in command that I was trying to get him to return a call to me!.
When he finally called I advised him again
of the fact I have been trying for 5 months to get the referrals
I needed, per their demand & that the Temp Worker was
abusive & not was helping me & it was freezing & I
had no heater or oven to warm the house. PLEASE HELP ME I
LOVE MY KIDS & I WANT TO DO ANYTHING YOU WANT ME TO DO TO
KEEP MY KIDS!!!!
10-2@-2006 We got New Mediator Temp Worker, she says "she
will FAST TRACK everything that was not done by my
previous (Abusive) Temp worker. All that
is in the past now!"
10-2@-2006 School meeting of 10-18 resulted
in getting two of the kids on a indigent program & getting
their ADHD meds for free. Mom had to pay $131.00 to get the other
ones meds, so they could do better in school (the school
had many problems with them) & the principal offered 3 pair
of pants to tallest kid who still needed school clothes.
10-27-2006 Friday: Guess FAST TRACKING works. We got a
letter today from HUD to send in information for HUD housing, We
have been on the list for 8 years, we really need it) But they
only give me until 10-31-06. We, with moms help, money & car
managed to get our hands on all the documents required & sent
them via Fed Ex dated 10-31-2006 I was missing only copy of my
birth certificate but I included a paid receipt showing it was
applied for.(nothing else received from them to date) (Cost for
all the documents was $230.00) (New info received 2-2-07)
11-2-06 Live Scan is ordered by Fast Track worker &
she needs another physical & dental exam. (All these Dr.
Appointments are in another city & I'm broke, No gas.)
11-@-2006 We received a notice today from Social Security that
my husband will no longer be getting a check from them.
11-5-2006 I Was supposed to meet the FAST TRACT worker at
the state Medical office today to make my application go faster
but she did not show. I still did the intake, but can't get meds
ASAP for kids so I called the FAST TRACK worker & advised
her of this.
11-6-2006 Went back to state Medical office begging for
expedition of application as my daughter was being kicked out of
therapy on 10th if we don't have medical. I had to call about 5
up line supervisors to get any results at the welfare office. My
children were at home with Dad as I had to use the phone at Mom
house>
11-7-2006 I Fell down my back stairs in the dark leaving to take
the children to voluntary therapy (the electricity has been on
& off since the tornado). Mom took me to hospital & I
obviously had to cancel the therapy appt. I broke my ankle &
permanently injured both knees (Dr. says "there is blood behind
my knees & they are like course sandpaper instead of
smooth"). Emergency Dr. says "see my private Dr. ASAP", I cannot,
I have no medical program yet. Called & left numerous
messages for FAST TRACK Social Worker & her
Supervisor to advise them of my medical Condition & would any
help be available to me as my house was getting trashed again
No return calls from anyone! (I currently have a bill
for this of over $4,000.00 that I seem to be having a problem
getting the medical program to pay.)
11-1@-06 Husband got a Notice today at work that the welfare was
going to garnishee his wages to pay them back for my getting help
for 5 months in 2005.
11-1@-06 Funny thing, Old ticket that was sent to collections
(I have the collections notice) came alive today I received a
notice today to be in court on 11-15-2006 or a warrant will be
issued.
11-14-06 @ 3 PM My Mom received a phone call from FAST
TRACK Worker that the Forensic Interview
for kids is Finally set for 11-15-2006, she let me know
& the kids & I ran down to the local court to get info on
changing the date for the Traffic court, I waited in line
& told lady who I was & what I needed & she said "go
to other window", I went & waited again for my turn (they
close at 4:30) as I got to the front of the line the lady closed
the window. I asked her if I could just ask 1 question & she
said "NO, You need to leave". I asked again & she said "she
was closed it was after 4:30 she would call an officer if I
don't leave, which she promptly did, NOW IM CRYING & ALL THE
KIDS ARE HYSTERICALLY CRYING. I Called my Mom on her cell phone I
was carrying, crying, I told her what was happening & she
said "don't make any fast moves & tell them you just wanted
to get a question answered you weren't making trouble. They
promptly pulled their guns & clicked them to ready (Mom could
hear it on the phone) & called for more back up. They were
going to arrest me for Public Disturbance. I begged to just give
me the answer & let me & the kids go. They finally agreed
to let me go & as I was walking past the first lady that I
had talked to she said "just bring in a statement from the
Forensic Interview that I was there & come into court the
next morning & show that to the judge & he will take it
into consideration".
11-15-2006 There is no choice here. I am going to the
Forensic Interview for my kids. I have been begging for this for
months. All the kids were interviewed but there is nothing to
indicate that they might have been molested, now or in the
past!
11-16-2006 Went to Traffic Court, I took my Mother to take
my youngest home in case I go to jail. They have a nice
babysitting service to take care of kids. We waited for most the
day then I was called. The Judge said there was a bench warrant
out for my arrest & how did I want to handle it, I asked for
a public defender to talk for me. I had to wait a couple of more
hours to be called again & basically I still had to do all
the talking, I tried to explain to the Judge that I had an
appointment for the Kids for Forensic interview the day before
& could not make it into court. He took my paper and went on
with his statements, I could do the time or pay the ticket &
fees. I asked if I could do my time on weekends, he said "we
don't do that anymore, they would be concurrent 30 days". I
asked if I could make payment arrangements he said $300.00 a
month, then came down to $200.00 a month after Public Defender
said something to him about a statute. I told him there was
no way I could possibly pay that much a month, after all I
couldn't afford the $35.00 seat belt extender. He then asked me
what I intended to do about my suspended license & suspended
insurance, I said it is not suspended & he says "yes it is I
suspended it yesterday when you didn't show up in court". I made
an attempt to explain to him that I was told if I brought in the
explanation He would be understanding, but he said NO, So he
gave me 90 days to pay the ticket in full + fees (about $4,000.00)
& to get my license reinstated & to get Insurance again
or go to jail. I took the 90 days.
11-2@-2006 Received billing from Social Security for $8,000.00
Overpaid Our First payment due 2-3-2007
11-3@-2006 Police come to my house because they
were called by the school. The twins had been throwing rocks at
cars at the bus stop & bus driver reported Mom & Dad
refused to go take care of the incident, however when DCFS came our
they determined that Mom Had broken leg & 2 injured Knees and
couldnt go out to bus & Dad was putting on his shoes to take
care of the problem but the bus & the cars left had left whe
he got to the bus stop
.
12-2006 Finally got the State medical program back. I saw an
Orthopedist says "perm damage to knees he wants me to go to therapy"
& he gave me a boot for my broken foot, I am waiting for
referrals now.
12-19-2006 Getting down to 19 degrees at night now so my
contractor is trying to fix the heater, by a miracle it was
something he could replace (it is a 30 year old heater other
estimate for replacing it was $1800.00) I had it repaired for
$200.00 Supervisor says she has to get a check. (No Checks to
date)
12-22-2006 My mom called the 1st in command at the local
Children's Services & told him "that something was
wrong, their had been far to many coincidences happening in
November to my daughters family, to totally ruin their
finances". If it wasn't for my parents we would be in
the streets! She told him of all the mishaps in the past &
no referrals yet to any program in 7 months & asked
why? "he says he agrees & says he is going out of town for
xmas so his 2nd in command will call back to interview my
daughter on Monday", We waited all Monday at my moms house for
his call, he called on Tuesday! I made a new appt for Friday. We
waited all day for that call! He didn't call again until the
next Tuesday. Needless to say we did not have any
conversation.
12-2@-2006 Finally got New Permanent Worker right before
Christmas, she brought gifts for the kids, she said "the house
looked really nice" & the kids were happy & healthy.
I advised her I had been begging for referrals & placement
into a program now for the past 7 months & about the past
Abusive Temp Worker who did not give them to me. She said,
"all I have right now is your name & address on a paper to
contact you. I will get the files".
12-2@-2006 In a Public place, I was sitting down in the food
court because of the pain in my foot and knees, I was sitting
between a wall & another table & a trash can,( I was
trapped you might say) when Perp in possible molestation (in the
company of his new girlfriend who he met thru
me) approached me. He was less than 2 ft in front of me.
He asked about the family, I said "they were fine but we could
not talk to him". Just then my hubby walked in with all 4
children only holding hands with the 2 youngest, the other 2
recognized the perp & ran up to him & hugged him hello, I
told my Hubby to take the kids to the restroom (to give me time to
get rid of them) I stated that "my daughter had a crush on some
one else now, so there was no reason for him to wait for the
kids to come out, Please Leave". However, Hubby returned at
this time, again the 2 oldest ran & hugged him. Perp asked
the other two if they wanted a hug, my daughter looked to me, I said
"only if you want to but we have to GO RIGHT NOW" they chose
not to hug him & he slightly moved his body & we pushed past
them & left. This man was between me & my children &
I feared for their safety so I downplayed the situation & ran
as soon as I could.
12-2@-2006 Children's Worker came to home, she said it was clean
enough, (considering Santa had just left a big mess) the
children were happy & healthy. She liked the positive
reinforcement program I had instituted with the kids for good
behavior. I reported to her the accidental meeting in depth at
that time (the Abusive Temp Worker said if I didn't report I
would be considered complicent to the crime) & she said "she
had nothing in her file & knew nothing about what I was
reporting & she would check into it".
12-29-2006 I Did the intake for State Mental Health. My first
appointment available will be 2-6-07.
1-2007 Children are detained, without benefit of a warrant on
trumped up charges including failure to protect, not going to
therapy, & continued & regular visits with a Male family
member & having a roommate again & not making the kids
go to school. I went to the grocery store to get a Birthday Cake
for our Surprise Birthday Party for Daddy & when I got home
the kids were gone! My Husband is given no chance to defend the
allegations. There was 8 Police cars & 12 officers, 3 social
workers & a van to take the kids away in. They told the
kids "they were just taking them for a little ride" Supervisor
for Former Abusive Temp Worker was stated to be the one who made the
decision to take the kids.
"FOOTNOTE" I have a friend that I went to High School with who moved to Tennesee,
that recently
has been in our area doing traffic detention, community
service. His mother lives in the town that is 11 miles away from
me. So his girlfriend & he wisited me a couple of times for
a coulple of hours then the night before the kids were taken he
came by my home. He said he was going to Hitch Hike back to
Tennesse as he & his girlfriend had just broken up. He
was very sick , he had the flue with a high temperature& was
Sweating profusely. Me like the softie I am said, you cannot go
tonight it is expected to get down to 19 degrees and you are too
sick. You can leave in the morning. I put a mattress in my shed
with an electric heater to try and keep him from freezing
overnight. I then Locked him into the shed to protect my children
from what DCS might consider as a room mate. I then locked my
home doors to keep out anyone wanting to enter & allowed him to
sleep there one night, in the morning my contractor unlocked the
door to the shed and let him out. In the morning it was my husbands
birthday so he stayed a few hours longer & later that day the
DCS stole the kids using this as one of their vehicles to take the
kids. Twin # 2 had school based therapy that day.
1-13-2007 I Called my Sister in law (x roommate) to cry on her
shoulder & told her kids were taken & she says "why
has no one ever interviewed her after all she lived with me for 7
years so she knows better than anyone what kind of mom I
am".
1-13-2007 Talked to two neighbors & the attorney for PAI
& I am informed that the County gets paid (40 to 60 K each,)
for taking kids out of Protection & Adopting them out.
1-14-2007 Car Stolen, called police. Car was recovered very late
the same day, but I was in a state of anxiety & my blood
pressure was off the wall.
1-1@-2007 In Court, waited all day, we each got lawyer, good
thing as my lawyer
couldn't care less. The 1st thing My
Husbands Lawyer said to him & my mom is
"let me make one
thing perfectly clear before you start attacking me, the social
workers have nothing to gain by taking your kids but the
County does get paid for every child they take out of Protection
and put into Adoption." The Kids lawyer wonders why the kids are
in custody to the Judge & the Judge agreed out loud (at that
time). In court Judge asked Children's Service Attorney what
prompted the detention? She said "it was spur of the moment"
(but when she came out to my house she had 8 Police cars with
her & 12 officers, a van & 3 Social
Workers.)
Children Services Lawyer springs up new utterly
detestable allegations at last minute so the kids are detained
for continuation. Oh I forgot to add the best part of the whole
day!!! The Attorney for Children's Services, stated here & in
the team meeting that, "The entire vast
resources of our County had been laid at this family's feet
& that I had snubbed my nose at them all."
1-19-07 My Car broke down this AM taking husband to work (he
missed the bus) called Kids Social Worker & asked about the
auto repair promised in last team meeting, she says "she was not
on the case then so she knows nothing about it that we have to
wait for the new team meeting for the answer".
1-1@-2007 Team Meeting, totally orchestrated "fuster
cluck", They advised us this was all confidential & it was
not to leave this room. (In fact, they only pretend to work out a
deal but, in reality, it is only a format to tell you what they
have already decided!) The Social worker & her supervisor
say they have no intention of participating in the out of state
Kinship Care as requested by myself, they said it "takes to
long" and "it will interfere with reunification of the
family". Not so, I called that state & they said "2 weeks to
3 months", & I fully intend to move there anyway as my bio
father is ill & I want to go live near him & take care
of him. I already have a job offer there too! I had to almost
fight to be heard at team meeting to bring up the repair to my
car & they now say "that's all up to the Judge". The
witnesses I brought to the team meeting, Regarding the abusive Temp
Worker (the contractor that was working under the house &
heard it all, the arbitrator says to him "that's all in the past
we are looking forward now") & the care of our kids (the
parenting instructor for my Husband) were scoffed at. She states
that "I have been in this home more often than anyone here &
I'm a mandated reporter too, Why have I not seen any of the
symptoms you all swear to see & why has no one else in
contact with the children ever seen them?" This is where the
therapist for twin 1 states facts about her interview with the
kids principal. Which the principal says "it is a lie"! (he
said this when I told him about her statement the next day) A
Statement was made by the Arbitrator to the contractor "we
already know what your here to say so don't bother taking up our
time by voicing your opinions".
1-2@-2007 In Court, waited all day, when we went into court
my attorney said nothing in my defense. My Husbands lawyer made
a case That hubby is special needs & the Social Workers are
not proving anything against his client & that they are not
following the approved guidelines for ascertaining the truth
& they certainly are not following the rules that pertain the
detention of the children, but judge said "since dad
admitted to throwing a flip flop in the direction of the child
to get her attention that was all he needed to detain the
children", but he commented to Hubby Attorneys about his good
attempt to show the fault in Children's Services Case.
No
one even mentioned Kinship care & we aren't allowed to talk,
when does this happen? ? Am I surprised that the Judge did not
order any programs for our family that offered any
help! Note: We talked to at least 5 other families that day in
court that mysteriously had a combination of financial disasters
befall them that took them to destitute right before the their
kids were removed from their home & funny thing, they also
had a FAST TRACK worker it seems.
1-2@-2007 In court they gave me a paper with a case number on it
& told me to call @@@ on Monday & they will know what
programs I need to be refereed to (per the courts
decree). I did just that & Lo & Behold they don't know
what I'm talking about. They are a referral service (the one I
should have been given in the first place)
they state
"they are not privy to court records & that I should
notify my attorney", I called My attorney & My husbands
attorney & left a message asking what programs in particular
do we need. (no return calls from either to date)
1-24-2007 My cousin came to my mom's home to work on my
car. The Ignition is broken, the parts alone are $397.00 &
his labor is priceless, Thank you, I love you! Now I have my
car back but no license or insurance or gas to drive it, but
that is not a consideration where Children's Services are
concerned. I do what they demand or I lose my kids
forever!

Entry for 1-20-2007 Finally, a visit with the kids. At
meeting place, Foster Mom 1 dropped off my daughter to Foster Mom
3 but said we can't have the visit if my Mom were there (Mom was
our transportation), I forgot my purse in the car so mom brought
it to me & said No Problem kissed the kids & left. She
came back 1 hour later to sit in parking lot & read. Foster
Mom 3 told Husband to tell Mom was OK with her if she came in &
visited. Mom said NO they are looking for anything to take
these kids so I can't go in there. Later Foster Mom 1 said it
was good that my Mom didn't come into the visit place as
Children's Service had someone watching us to see if she
did! NOTE: Youngest son has ugly black eye, Foster mom
says he swung a toy & hurt himself & all the children say
someone else swung toy & hit him, took pictures
Entry for 1/21/07 Visitation at same visit spot. We had a
lovely time with kids but oldest & youngest boys are really
clingy & cry inconsolably (we are all crying) when they are
taken back to foster home. (Mom was our transportation)
Entry for 1-22-07 I Found out today that the agency I
voluntarily placed my children in for therapy for ADHD 3 years
ago, is co-funded by the county and Children's Service.
this sound like a conflict of interest since they are the
ones making the mandatory reports).
Entry for 1/24/07 Been told by inside source I had visitation
today but not by the Social Worker. So I made many calls to
Children's Services. I Finally found out about 2:00 Children have
a new Worker. She will call me back later, she called back
doesn't know anything about the case she will check into
it. She then returned the call to my mom's recorder on 1/25/07 to
call her back re: visitation. I was not there on 1/25 so I will
call her tomorrow.
Entry for 1-25-07 In a Child Services Team Meeting last week
a statement was made by a state mandated reporting therapist of
one of my children, about an interview she had with the principal
from the school the children attended. Alleging allot of nasty
stuff. So we called the principal to see if he made those
statements, he was unavailable so I left a voice mail & he
called back today & stated that he never uttered those
words, he says he never said that to her or anyone ever
& we have it on a tape recording.
Entry for 1-26-07 Waited all day for pre-arranged visit from
Children's Social Worker she was a NO SHOW. Mom got a message
to me at 5:30 she was trying to call me so I drove to moms
house and called her. Apparently I missed a visitation for
Wednesday (she says she will take care of that as the judge has
ordered 3 visits per week), she told me to call the Foster Mom's
to arrange my visitations. I called both and left mssgs. No one
called back by 8:00 pm so I went home. (Note: Children's worker
says taped statement above means nothing.)
Entry for 1/27/07 Weirdest thing happened Foster Mom 3 wanted
to drop kids off at the theater with me for visitations &
leave, but I would have to call Foster Mom 1 saying I couldn't
make the visitation

Mom 3 said I can't do that, and I will take any time she
has available that she can stay !!!
Entry for 1-29-07 Had visitation on Sat 1:30 to 4:00 very
wonderful visit but neither foster mother was available for Sun
visitation. They indicate to me they can't do visitation on
weekdays only on Sat and/or Sun & then only if they can
alternate the days. (Why has this become my problem? They work
for the state don't they?)
Entry for 1/30/07 Had a face to face interview with principal
of kids school & he says again that neither he nor his
teachers had made the statements dictated in the team meeting
& he wants the Social Workers name & number & he
is going to get involved & get to the bottom of this. He
states he is knowledgeable of my attempts to get help from all
parties & he feels he might be of some help to my case.
Police were at my house looking for the perp in molestation.
Entry for 2-1-07 Funny thing, Insider info: 1 of the
therapist for my boys turned 1 of the foster moms in for child abuse
already. I have been informed same child is now lying &
stealing, really acting out his anger. (Note: I got a blank
form to subpoena my Children's full files from the Children's
Services from a Para-legal. She explains that this subpoena will
start way high in Child Welfare System then come downhill before
the file can be whitewashed (by the locals) & might get some
attention. I'm waiting for opinion from a lawyer before I send it
in. I'm scared of the backlash I guess)
Entry for 2-2-07 I Met with Foster Mom 3 today (Friday) for
Dr. appt for my youngest & I saw Foster Mom 1 there with my
daughter. So I got to see both children for a little while
today. We talked about visitation for this weekend & no one
is available for Saturday, only Sunday. (Note: I gave the
Social worker 2 names of FBI certified monitors, so maybe I will
not have so much problems getting visitations in the
future??)
Friday: Looked online to see why I haven't heard
from HUD and they show a note that final was sent on 1-29-07, so
I went home & checked the mail, I did have a (1st & only)
final notice to send in my Birth Certificate to be in their
office no later than 5pm on 2-5-06 Monday.
Entry for 2-4-07 Met Foster Mom 3 & the kids at the Mall,
she wants to leave, (but we just followed her around the mall)
Again only 1 visit this week.
Entry for 2/5/07 Oh what a day! We were supposed to have a
visit today to make up for a missed visit but everything went
wild, Foster Mom 1 told Foster Mom 3 that the kids were all
being moved today by 3PM (but no one told me) So I started
calling Social Worker & Supervisors to find out what happened to
my Visit & why they were moving the kids. Apparently today
was a big mix up at Children's Services & no one knew what
the other was doing, kids stayed where they were but I didn't
manage to make up the missed visit!
2-5-07 Monday: Well I think we did the impossible at HUD (I
think they did this with such tight dates so I would fail) I
managed to get the copy of my birth certificate to the local HUD
office & had it interofficed for that days run & I got a
time/dated stamped receipt. (I worked in that office for a while
so I knew of this interoffice run HA!).
Entry for 2-6-07 Mom took medicine to Foster Mom 3 today.
Foster Mom 3 says "it looks like I am being set up to fail the
Judges visitation decree with all the Children's Services mix
ups".
Tuesday: Police & Social Workers show up at my
house looking for Bill. They did not seem to believe I did not
have him at my home so I invited them in & they in fact did
look for him even in closets & the shed.
Entry for 2-7-07 Had an appointment to meet Foster Mom 3 at
1:30 Pm for WIC she was a no show so I rescheduled the meeting
& headed for home. I had a call on my Mom's home recorder
when she came home at 2:12. The Supervisor called at 1:50 PM and
left a message on the recorder, he says we have a visit with the
kids at 2:30 to 4:00 pm, Mom advised me, I ran to other town to
meet kids , Mom was to have picked up my husband but his boss
wanted him to stay, they have to do his IPP tonight.
Entry for 2/8/07 I was told by an attorney to get the records
of my calls to the Assemblyman's office (he says it is public
record.) According to Assemblyman's office staff I can't get
copies of the correspondence they have done on my behalf or a
list of times and dates & it appears like the contact we had
in that office no longer works there.
Funny Thing: A young,
well dressed man showed up here today looking for Bill. I advised
him he had been gone well over a year
Entry for 2-9-07 Talked to Social Worker Numerous times today
re: visitation for Today & Weekend. She says "nobody calling
her back" she told me to call F Mothers myself because after 5
she would not be back until Tuesday. So I called to both F
Mothers and no return calls.
Entry for 2-10-07 Left 5 messages for each Foster Mom trying
to get Visitation, no one returned call. I also was loaned a cell
phone so I left that phone number on each recorder.
Entry for 2-11-07 Found out today from Back door we had
missed a visitation on Monday & Friday & Saturday &
that the Social workers were trying to move the kids again on
Friday, County Mix Up again!!! How could there be a visitation,
no one returned any of my calls
Then Foster Mom 3 called my
mom & said if I could make it for 9:00 to 11:30 she would
make a visit, (she was out of town yesterday). Mom Advised me
& I am outta here to see my babies! I got to see my boys
only. The Foster Mom would not let the boys take their valentine
balloons back with them. The other Foster Mom didn't return my
calls.
Entry for 2-13 Meeting with Social Worker at my
home, house was clean but it is being painted & new floor
being put in the kitchen. She explained that the court we just
went thru was like an arraignment just to determine if there
might be cause to detain. She also stated at this time there are
no conditions set for the return of the children, not until the
next court hearing. However, unlike any previous workers she gave
me referrals to get ahead of what the judge might order. (She
made me sign a receipt for it.) She stated "that her
supervisor has been in contact with the principal of the school
& that he is concerned but, whatever they do with this
information, we won't know for a while"

Or does it even matter if they can prove the therapist is lying?

I also showed her my positive good behavior
reinforcement plan I had been using with the kids that was
working & she loved it. This worker
finally looked at the errors on the VFM that I was forced to sign
& that is now being used as the basis of this case. (? now
what will she do with that information ? She said "she would get
me a signed copy") She called both foster moms from my
home & got a recorder at foster mom 1's same as I always get.
She talked to foster mom 3 & told her to set up a
visitation. So far I have not been allowed to talk to any of the
kids on the phone because foster moms says it upsets the kids to
much but worker says I should be able to talk to them daily!!!
I applied for Social Security Today as I have permanent damage
to my Knees.
Entry for 2-16-2007 We get a visitation tonight from 7 to 8
pm, foster Mom 3 says we can see kids Saturday & Sunday
too.
Entry for 2-19-2007 Visitations Galore, Wow had a visit
Friday night, Saturday, Sunday & now Monday too! AND I found
a home for my cat. God has blessed these 4 days, Thank You!
Meds starting to Work, I am not feeling as depressed now I can
function a little better.
Entry for 2-21-200 Got New Visitation Schedule from Perm
Worker, She says Thursday 6:30 to 8:00, Friday 6:30 to 8:30,
Saturday 2:00 to 4:30 Hope this works out in the future! I
found out today why they are not letting Grandma visit the
kids, Old Worker says Mom is a Needle & they don't
want her around the kids & Perm Worker says cannot change
that. I tried to explain to Perm Worker that Mom is not like
that around the kids just around your people!. She perceives you
as a threat to her baby with all the lies being told & no
one correcting anything & no referrals, she see's that I am
being set up so I can automatically, guaranteed fail & that
you are stealing her grandkids which she loves dearly! So her
Mama Bear is showing!
I was also informed that when I have my
kids for a visitation that I am responsible for all the costs
involved in the visit. The Children's Welfare like visits in
places that have only one door that means a paid place. (I was
not able to take them out 3 times a week on our finances before they
took the kids, now after I have had my finances raped, I sure
cannot afford this). ?? Do they care ??
Entry for 2/22/2007 Visitation for today was cancelled
because the Foster Mom is really sick. I told her I understand,
I hope she gets better real quick. She is hoping to make the
visit on Sunday if she feels better.
Entry for 2/25/2007 Only got to se my daughter today as the
Foster Mom for the boys cancelled, she says my tallest boy lost
or otherwise did away with her car keys. She is Mad. I also found
out in asking him about where he might have put the keys that in
the kids room at the foster home that their closets doors are locked
until they need to get into them & that after they get up in
the morning and make their bed the Foster Mom locks all the
doors upstairs and they cannot get back into their rooms until
bedtime. Wow my home would stay clean if I could get away with
that at home the Children's Services would take my kids for being to
strict. (Which is where this whole thing started, that we were to
strict)
Entry for 2-26-2007 Had a visitation Saturday (with a last
minute time change) Temp Social Worker calls & wants to have
her monthly visit with the kids at the same time, I heard today
that I was supposed to be in the habit of locking my daughter in
her bedroom (funny there is a lock on the door but it works from the
inside) I was also was informed that the county is treating my
twins for Autism
I got to see the kids for many hours. We sat
& did crafts & other fun stuff & the kids played
& we did lots & lots of loving.
Sunday, another day
with a time change but we met Foster Mom 3 (she was really
sick) we went to the theater & watched a couple of movies,
had a great afternoon
Entry for 2/27/2007 I was at Moms today on the phone. I
talked to the advocate for our Social Security problems &
advised her of my updates. Called a pro-bono lawyer list from the
internet & left a message to call.
Talked to Rape Crisis
center last night to see if they can intercede to see if
my daughter is being counseled right after the alleged
molestation & they say "yes there are things they can become
involved with & they will call back & that they have
special attorneys who can help".

I found out today that
the VFM I signed in Sept & put signed under duress under my
name in PURPLE INK. Is in fact not signed in PURPLE it is signed
in BLUE & says nothing about signed under duress under my
name (I am supposed to get a copy tonight & I told
her I wanted to look at the original too, she doesn't think she
can allow me to do that!)
Entry for 3/2/2007 I have been on the phone every day talking
to & leaving messages for anyone I think can offer some
legal help. So far I haven't found anyone but I will keep trying
as my life depends on getting the PRO-BONO Lawyer. (the proof is
in the statement above)
Friday night we missed our visit with
the kids because my husband went to the wrong place & I had
to pick him up so we were late getting there & the Foster
Mom & the kids had already left. (1st visit we missed because
of us.)
Entry for 3/3/2007 I Got a copy of the IEP for
twin #1 today from inside source! Would you
believe that, me the Mother was not even invited to participate in
this very crucial interview. They took his Therapist instead
who has not lived with him so has no 1st hand knowledge of
anything !!! (In my opinion she is truly the root of all these
problems as she is the one that did the lying about the
principal & about myself.)
Saturday Night, Another
last minute time change. Visitation for tonight again was
wonderful the kids seem to be fine but they are really anxious
for April to come so they can come home. (Maybe) Foster Mom 3
called Perm Social Worker & got approval for our visit for
tomorrow to be at my Nephew's Birthday Party. The kids will
finally get to see some of their family. BY THE WAY Perm Worker
above appears not to be Permanent she is being changed this
week!
3/4/2007 Wow what a good day, we were allowed to have the
boys at a family Birthday party and the boys got to see some of
their family. They had the time of their lives. We also got to
use our FBI Monitor so it made the visit easier. She will be
doing more of this kind of work for the Foster Mom I think. I
got permission from the Foster Moms for out of state relatives to
call every so often.
3-5-2007 I got a call at 1:00 today for a 2:00 visit with my
daughter so Dad doesn't get to go but I ran over to visit and had a
lovely time.
3-6-2007 Hubby so mad. He is considering reverting back
to a job for less advanced disabled persons his boss says he
cannot get off his job 30 min early on Fridays to visit with our
daughter, this appears to be the only day he can get to see
her. F mom 1 appears to only be available on this one day in the
evening. Otherwise the visit starts at 2:00
Day of
miracles, talked a man today who will be our advocate and
prepare us to work with our public defenders and he is very
knowledgeable in the system, (he has worked there!) Also found
old Taxi receipts that proves we used the transportation that
was provided to get the kids to therapy. (They said we did not in
court)
We are dancing and singing and making copies!!!
3/7/2007 Would you believe I spent most of a full day today
trying to get a phone & fax number for my court appointed
attorney. It took about 2 dozen long distance calls. I
finally found the office she works out of and they do not have a way
to contact her, no phone number and no fax number
The
receptionist will advise her Supervisor & they will call me back
What a way to run a County Lawyer Service !!! I started
faxing my messages to the Perm Social Worker today so I get receipts
for each I am also requesting r confermation fax from dcf worker as
I cannot afford to send all these messages certified mail.
3-9-2007 Meeting with soon to be changed Perm worker, she
brought the original VFM that I had questioned the signature on
today & MY SIGNATURE IS A
FORGERY, she says if I want to pay for an expert to prove
it's a forgery that I can, but that they will not check into it
or follow up in any way. She brought a copy of a correspondence
to the principal of the Kids School that she had sent to
him. Interesting it was worded in such a way as to make his
statement that the Therapist lied about the interview with him
& made the statements he made look meanial &
valuless... (It obviously dosen't matter now that we can prove
that the Therapist, co-paid by the DCS
Lied on the stand). I Called the Omnibusman for our state
again & again they refered this problem back to the county
level. (Back to the same people who are covering up this crime in
the 1st place)
Entry for 3-19-2007 I just wanted you all to know that the
Children's Services are BIGGER THAN GOD! TODAY MY DAUGHTER &
I CALLED THE FBI/DOJ, DEPT OF HOMLAND SECURITIES, WEIGHTS &
MEASURES & THE DEPT OF HEALTH & WELFARE and we were told
by all........there is no governing agency that oversees the
Childrens Services. That they were completely Autonomous and each
state has their own plan
The only way that any of us are ever
going to change anything in it is to pass an Assembly Bill in

on how to be a CSW worker they have a set of rules that they can
judge you by, your child can reasonably be expected to be able
to do & to be held responsible for and to have been taught to
want to do his own bathing without being told to by age 13 or
your an unfit parent .
Your child is expected to be able to
say the ABC's & numbers & colors and to be able to read
some 3 letter words by the age of 5 or your an unfit
parent.
Your Child is expected to be potty trained by 3 or
your an unfit parent.
You home is expected to be clean if
things are laying around and untidy or unruly or unorganized it
is reasonable to assume you are a unfit parent.
I read these
things off their list.

3/23/07 Gosh what a day! Went to Dr & PT & to Lab.
Needed to go to Post Office & Court. Got a call from my mom
that the court had called for me while I was gone, they say that
they had to postpone a hearing for today until 3-28-07 WHAT
HEARING? I didn't get any notice. It was for the kids meds so
I told her I would be there next week. Hubby has to be there too
so that probably means the end of his job he has been getting
warnings. Then each of the Foster Mom said that the visitation
for tonight was in different towns. So I picked up Hubby
& went to the town where F Mom #1 said the visit was &
she was there but not F Mom #3, I got to see my daughter but not
my sons. Then F mom 3 called my mom & said I didnt show up
for the visit so my mom went out driving to look for me and see
if I was OK I called F Mom 3 when I got back to my moms & she
sounds mad at me. I Found out today that the DA did take all our
taxes but I have to call back east next week to dispute it! We
needed them so badly too! The Ticket was put off for 30 days
waiting for the taxes to come in. My tags on my car run out next
week. What next. I also found out today that the court picked up
my youngest son and took him to court today they picked him up
at 7:15 & brought him back at 11:14 WHY! I got a copy of the
police reports for the last few years to show the calls made to
my address. One of the cops made a comment on his report that my
house was kinda messy but being cleaned when they showed
up! Funny none was bad enough for any kind of police report
including the possible molestation of my daughter last year.
If thats the case then whats this whole mess about. I have
been calling the new social worker all week to find out when the
investigator will be showing up & to straighten up
visitations & she has not called back once.
Entry for 3/25/07 We Saw the boys today for a nice long visit
at the park. We had a great time. Now can you belive the
state wants me to pay for medical insurance for the kids, so they
don't have to pay for it, from the $400.00 a month they have left me
with
They will start taking that out of my husband's check
this week. We will have to see if we can get this waived because
of our financial status. OH WELL My husband has to take Monday
& Wednesday off and then next week also. So much for
employment.
Entry for 5/1/07 We're back, GMa got internet again By the
way, Gma is doing all the editing of this page for Mom. So to
catch up. We went to Court on 4-@@-07 & they delayed it for
another month to check into our American Indian Heritage, so we
go to court in another few days.
The "Special Investigator"
we have waited for now for almost a year. Who was supposedly the
person who would listen to our side of the story, to determine
the truth. Turned out to be another lie perpitrated upon us! He
says "It's not my job"
In his "OFFICIAL REPORT" he added
another layer of lies to the already faulty "OFFICIAL COURT
RECORDS".
He states 1. "That last week, in a visitation
with the children at Toys R Us that Dad took a shoe off the
store shelf & threw it at one of the kids, causing griveous
pain" (Which Kid?? Dosn't matter we haven't been to Toys R Us in
almost a year!!!)
2. "That GMa intruded on a visitation
& was caught there by a Social Worker." GMa demanded to face
her accuser & they answered "that they did not have to prove
it". GMa stated that "by the LAWS of our COUNTRY I have the
right to face my accuser" & her answer was __ "LAWS __ are __
for __ out __ there, DON'T __ SPOUT __ LAWS __ TO __ ME, __ AS __
THIS __ IS __ JUVENILE __ COURT __ & __ the __ laws __ don't __
apply __ here!"
3. "That Mother took daughter into bathroom
at the visit place & daughter ran out crying, & that F
Mom 1 saw a bruise on daughter's neck & immediately asked "where
did you get that?" & daughter responded "that she got the
bruise from school". The supposedly immediate brusing was
implying that Mother was abusing the child in the bathroom during
visitations>
4. He reccomends "that the children never be
allowed to return to the home as he says they are in peril of
their lives if they return to the family home".
OH BY THE
WAY, in passing he states "that the daughter says that no man has
ever touched her in any way, but that it is normal for a child to
retract statments made & to become in denial".
Entry for 5-10-2007 Went to court last week & like all
the other times before it was a sham & dishonor to Justice.
They spent 4 hours of terrorist threats to make my daughter
& her husband sign the paper that they were guilty of items that
were lies.
They would gladly have admitted that in the past they
were bad housekeepers & Overly strick & agreeded to school
to improve those things. But they wanted their pint of blood
they wanted them to admit to the henious crimes & dissolve the
Services of any responsibility for arresting the kids
unfairly.
Court closed at 4:30 & the attorney's sat
outside for 1.5 hours more telling the kids how they were going to
destroy them in the future if they didn't sign these documents and
how they were going to put the daughter on the stand and destroy her
too, and these were supposed to be their own court appointed
attorneys for their defense.
This is what made the kids
decide to sign and protect their daughter from the criminals who
call themselves Childrens Services. They are supposed to go to
the classes they already have underway and they have to prove
court that they have changed which is no big deal it is releasing
the Services from their crimes that is the bad thing. Well Since
then they have torn the boys apart and sent them to new foster homes
the twins together and the baby seperately and the schools that have
been trying to earnestly help them with the ADHD is being pulled
from under them since the new foster mon dosen't want to drive the
kids to their old schools
I got to see 2 of my grandsons at that
school meeing and they do have the Stockholm Syndrome, they are
afraid to love on their family now. Afraid to be hurt again.
Entry for 5/22/2007 Well the county has the kids running most
days of the week to meetings & classes that are meant for
direalects & kindergartners, but I guess there is a UP side of
everything, the kids are meeting lots of people who are good at
cheating the system & getting a free lifetime of babysetting
& great criminal minds! This will be great information in
their new transformed lives! Thanks to the System! They have
screwed up the medical again & now my daughter cannot get any
medical service, they keep saying their schedule is filled
already, even already full for July! Call again when the scheule
is posted Great planning if you can't get a medical appointment,
then less cost for the system. Right!
I found out that the
supposed visitation for me is a farce, they want an induction fee
and $70.00 a hour for me to see the kids! The kids have a lovely
environment for visitations! Now there is two monitors sitting
within the closed room provided for the visit. They cannot take
any pictures of the kids anymore & they are unable to talk
to the kids about anything to do with their Foster Home or Foster
Mom's, after the last court date, because my grandauther told her
Family at
a visit, 'UNSOLICITED' that "Her
Foster Mom said to her that she had better be good or she (the
foster Mom) was going to send her (my grandaughter) to another
Foster home where she would be Raped!" (this was heard by Social
Worker JA)
When I asked the Social Worker then how is
Mom to determine if her child is being abused without the ability
to allow her children to freely talk to her at visits? The Social
Worker replied that "it is none of Mom's business anymore because
the Services do not put kids into an unhealthy
environment"!!!
Entry for 6/5/07 another exciting week gone by Saturday
the 26th My daughter was away from home all day to come home to a
note on the door that she had a plumbing break in the house
& the neighbor turned off the water. When we walked into our
bedroom it was a lake. Everything was wet and the carpet is
sopped what a mess. She did without water until Tuesday, then
the plumber would be coming She waited until about 6 pm for him
to show up so She missed the Tuesday visitation with the
kids. Now She has to have a NOTE FROM THE PLUMBER
that she was waiting for him or she has to pay for the missed
visit. (NOTE) daughter was not at this visit
again.) Well Tuesday the plumber fixed the leak and they
cleaned up more expecting everything to be good again Lo &
behold the same plumbing connection broke again about 1:30AM and
flooded the entire room again, What a mess! Sunday the Adjuster
got there to look at the damage and took pictures. He seem very
thorough compared to the last one after the Wind Storm. We are
now waitng to hear from the Insurance company as to what they are
going to cover. Yesterday, Monday She did her first day of
Community service to pay for the ticket & she made many
calls to her medical Dr's trying to get back into that system
after the last time medical dropped them. (Someone up North
is using my son in laws ss number &
they had to sign a
affadavit that he is not commuting between the two jobs.
I have had to recreate my site today and it seems that I have lost some time
and some information but I will rebuild it all soon

My daughter had to go to court again last week and guess what
they do say that they are doing
all the programs required by Childrens Services but
that they are not NOT GETTING ANYTHING OUT OF THE PROGRAMS
& THIS IS ALL DECIDED BY THE TERAPISTS THAT STARTED THE WHOLE THING
AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN MY DAUGHTER AND HUBBY FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW!!!
The house is getting repaired pretty much now
Their medical was taken away again for someone up north using my
son in laws social security number, they had to go in and sign another affadavit
to that effect, NOW THEY HAVE TO COMPLETELY REAPPLY

Guess what an insider looked into my daughters case to see what they got on them
and it is not what they are chanting to her.
Therefore she would never be able to change the problem by their rules,
but we now know the avenue to try and follow to clean up this mess.
My daughter went and sat at the wefare office yesterday to try and get her medical
started again. Now she is ineligible so she has to go to the county
as an indigent to get her medicine refilled

I guess you might say we managed a couple of miracles this last two weeks
the SVU at the police dept demanded that the regular police take a report from us about the
possible molestation of my grandaughter back in 05. Childrens Service claimed 2 times to judge that
they had filed a report with the police, when in fact they had not!!
They have already made up a cover story for the abusive worker that he made the report
but the police forgot to file it!!!
I found an organization on the web that "secretly" is the top of the food chain for DCS &
they couldn't belive I found them, but they did give me a phone number to call for our state
and a name to drop to get an investigation started in my daughters case or they would get involved.!
The state office started a secret investigation finally!!
At court this week the lawyers for my daughter & my son in law were changed & both lawyers
were trying to actually defend them they finally asked for the kinship care & for
independent monitors so a voice can be heard other thas that of DCS!!!

The attorney also brought up that that foster mom 1 is not bringing daughter to
visitation and judge order make up visits

Finally got internet back again

Well, as far as Kinship Care is concerned they called my son and gave him one day to make up his mind wheather he will take all 4 kids or not.
They have had an additional baby of their own since they offered to take the kids, plus when they offered it was spring so they could sell their small house and get a bigger one but now it's winter and you just can't sell houses in the snow.
So they had no option but to turn Kinship Care down.
My grandaughter was finally moved from the foster home where they contolled her
by making a threat to move her to where she would be raped.
She also finally got her terapist changed too so maybe they will help!
The new therapist says she denies any contact sexually with anyone
but that they expect that.

My daughter and the children are finally being allowed home visits on
Saturday's and they grandkids now don't seem to be so afraid of showing affection the their parents.
Unfortunately all the pressures put on my daughter and son in law have finally caused them to break up.
That took away home visitation again but it now just has to be in public and I get to see the kids then too!
I got to see the kids for an hour yesterday and it was beyond wonderful as I haven't seen them since November

Yesterday we met a social worker sent by my daughters attorney and I truly think she is interested in having the truth come out.
The court date for March got moved to the end of the month.

Well, my daughter asked me to quit being so agressive in my trying to get her help as she believed that the CPS was using my efforts against her.
Court is today, and so far they have removed the home visits and put the family back to monitored visits under the watchful eyes of the
of Double Faces.
My daughter went to the dr for 703 exam this last week and his remarks to her was that she seemed very intelligent and very articulat and generally well balanced.
However because she stated to him that she did not trust the CPS and was angry at them for destroying her life he stated
"Young Lady you are in need of some very intensive counceling because of your mistrust of the CPS".
so the court said that her mistrust of CPS is affecting the children and her husband negatively so they took away home unmonitored visits.
It might get worse and probably will in my opinion and now we fear that this is the path to her losing her kids to adoption.
The court have changed my daughters attorney for ever court session and each attorney does not know her case at all and they give her about 5 minutes
of their precious time to be made fully aware of the entire case
Todays attorney gave her about 5 seconds and she only saw the carges by her husband letting her read the papers given to him by his attorney

The information posted yesterday was mid day and solely from DCS's recommendations. I got the final word from my daughter last night. She had a new judge and this judge did not go with the DCS recommendations.
The judge said that "You (DCS) have not proven any of this to me it is only accusations and innuendos and suppositions, therefore I am not changing any thing in this case based on this information." {Applause from me}
If only we had this judge from the start because all the DCS's case is based on the above, plus outright lies.

Well the last court date was interesting to say the least, Childrens Service's had another layer of lies to add to the pot.
they were trying infatically to take unmonitored visitation from both my daughter and her xhusband.
My son in laws attorney caught it and fouight to retain his current rights but my daughters said nothing to support her
(they also did not even let my daughter speak to her court appointed pretender before they went before the judge, was this on purpose???)
they did take away unmonitored visitation from my daughter and will make them again at the two faces place with predijuced monitors.

They say she has severe depressionid and a personality disorder (and they will not say what, my daughter has no access to this confidential information)
She had already managed to find a free mental health just before the court date so the DCS did not get their wish to terminate visitation for her forever.
the kids are doing ok i guess, my grand daughter is really reserved and quiet BUT but she has been removed from the foster mother who threatened her to
send her to another foster home to get raped.
twin 1 is really stuttering very badly and he only did it a little when he was incarcerated,
twin 2 has a detachment order now and very angry but he is still pretty receptive to his family
baby now 5 is in school and loving it and still just our wonderful boy and needing lots of love.
