Mission Statement:

Kids of Faith is a supportive network of parents dedicated to their children's spiritual and academic education. Kids of Faith requires direct parental involvement, utilizing each parent's unique gifts and talents in a weekly classroom setting. (However, Middle and High School classes are offered as individual, paid classes.) Each parent will be involved in the classroom for a minimum of two class periods each week. Classes are designed to enhance your family's homeschool experience, not encompass it. We are a community of families dedicated to the academic, social, moral, and spiritual enrichment of our children's and family's lives.

CO-OP CLASS INFORMATION:

Location:  Friendship Bible Church in Old Sugar Land, Sugar Land, Texas 
Dates:  Mondays for 28 weeks (Elementary) and 30 weeks (Middle School and Up) 
Times
: 8:30 am until 2:30 pm
Subjects Offered
:  *Writing, Science, History and/or Geography, & optional afternoon Art classes
                                 Optional field trips make class fun, and hands on activities bring academics alive!
*Students enrolled in elementary classes take all three classes offered. Middle and High School classes are offered as individual, paid classes.

Estimated Class Fees
:  Due August 6, 2008.
Nursery   Building Fee Only                            
Pre-K
:  $10 per semester

Kindergarten:  $15 per semester   (*Kindergarten students must be 5 by Sept. 1)             
Gr. 1
:  $30 per semester

Gr. 2-4
:  $35-40 per semester                                
Gr. 5-6:  $50-55 per semester

Gr. 7+
:  $70 for KoF Members  ($350 per semester  for non-KoF members for all classes)                          

Additional Fees:

1.   Administrative/Building Fee: fall $45 / spring $65 per child  semester. Due on the first day of class each semester
2.   Registration Fees: Annual registration fee of $55. Due by June 1, 2008 along with application.  Late registration fee: $75        *** Registration deadline for 2008 school year, August 6, 2008.

To Register for Classes: print the Registration/Application Form, fill it out, and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form. You will also need to print and sign the Statement of Faith Form,
Liability Release Form and the Student Policies Form. Simply click on the links, print the forms, sign and date, and either mail them with the Registration form or bring them with you to the Orientation Meeting, August 18, 2008.  

*Being a Co-op, and not a "school", all materials and curricula for classes are purchased by individual families. The co-op provides teacher materials for classes to be taught.
