Hi everyone,

Welcome to my website! My name is Anna Sansopone, I am an 8 years old girl who is a Thai citizen living in Bangkok. The objective of this website is to share my experiences with anyone who is interested in learning about the Thai ways of life, our culture, our food, our places of interest, etc. It is going to be about the life of a little student who studies at a bilingual school in Bangkok, Thailand.

You may have question as to why I chose my website template that features a snowman instead of, maybe, a Thai temple. Well, I just wish that Thailand had snow like in other countries. I have always dreamed of touching real snow so I can make my own snowman!!!

As a matter of fact, I have seen snow once when I was 9 months old. My parents took me to Germany in November 1999, but I can hardly remember anything. So, seeing snow is still my number one wish.

Anyway, thanks for visiting my web page. I hope you enjoy the contents, and you are all welcome to make comments and suggestions (please!). It's my first website ever, so I need lots of advice.

My email address is khunfern@yahoo.com. By the way, my nickname is Fern and 'khun' is like a title of name, it's a polite way of calling someone in Thai, especially if you are not really acquainted with him or her. We should also add ‘khun’ in front of senior (older) people’s names. It is a way to show our respect.

The reason why I put 'khun' in front of my name is that ‘fern’ has already been chosen as a yahoo ID!!!

Last, but not least, I want to thank my Dad who is the webmaster and also the editor of this online project. I hope that I can take over his position very soon, after I'm a bit more literally educated, especially in English. However, all the ideas and concepts are mine! I also want to thank Mr. Mihnea Simandan, my homeroom teacher from Ladprao Bilingual School, who acts as my advisor. He is very good at designing websites and I've got my inspiration from him.
