This is a questionnaire only, not a contract. The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us, to match each of our puppies to the perfect home, for that pup. Your answers will aid us in matching you with a puppy that will suit your goals and lifestyle. No information will be sold or used in any other way.
You must complete the Puppy Questionnaire before you will be considered for one of our puppies. We will not just let puppies go to people we know nothing about. Completion of the puppy questionnaire alone does not guarantee you a puppy from us.
Once the puppies are born and your Puppy Questionnaire has been approved, a $500 dollar deposit is required to reserve a pup. A puppy will NOT be held without a deposit. NO reminders of this will be made, it will be assumed you are no longer interested. Deposits are non-refundable, unless for some reason we are not able to provide a puppy.
By completing the questionnaire you are in no way obligated to give a deposit or buy a Dogue de Bordeaux from KeyStone Canine.
