Welcome to Kettle View Rabbitry. We are a medium sized rabbitry (50 plus holes) located just east of Plymouth, Wisconsin. We overlook the Northern Kettle Moraine which is how our name came about. We started out like many others with a couple of rabbits for 4-H. We have since gotten the bunny bug and have greatly expanded. We have toyed with Holland Lops, Havanas, Harlequins, Thriantas and Rex. After playing with the bigger breeds, we finally decided on sticking with Holland Lops, Havanas, Polish and our newest acquisition- Florida Whites!
Our whole family is involved. Matt(Dad) shows the Florida Whites in open. Chris (our 13 year old son) and Erin (our 9 year old daughter) show the Hollands, Polish and Havanas. We have had a lot of fun showing and are improving every year with our breeding. Our children also love doing showmanship where Chris was the Supreme Champion Showmanship winner at the 2007 Wisconsin State Fair. Both Chris and Erin have won royalty positions within the WSRBA with Chris having the title of Prince(2006,2007) and Erin having the title of Lady(2006). We are very excited that they have done so well and really encourage good sportsmanship as well.
