Keth's Corner

Dearest sister Yseberina

I was most delighted to be seeing the pictures of your lovely young daughter Freya, which you mailed to me recently. She is a beauty, much alike her mother. I am afearing, however, that she did inherit the gull-wing ears of her father. On him they are not of much notice, but on a young girl... Have you been considering stapling them to her head to prevent her from catching the wind with them and taking flight?

Life has been being good for my family in Simmerica. A great many changes have to been occurring in our lovely home as of late, not the least of which is the addition of our lovely new childrens Kristof and Onastacia.

As I was attending to the hygenic needs of my son Kristof, I did be coming to the conclusion that my lovely wagon home had quite been outgrown by our expanding family. The same room in which my elder children did sleep was the very same room in which I and my Del did need to go to tend the needs of our younger childrens. Clearly this could not to be continuing.

Thus did I be swiftly contacting my old captain of the Lulzipawp. After sailing the oceans for many years, he did decide to retire and join his brother in the land ownership and construction business.

I knew that if anyone would being able to assist me in this growing issue of lack of spaces, it would be he. After all, I could not be adding more wagons onto my wagon home forever. We did need to be erecting a residence of much more permanence.

And indeed my old Captain did not to be failing me. He and the construction firms of his brother did be swiftly creating for us a new home. It is not as warm and lovely as our wagonhome, but my Del did love the gypsy trappings muchly and did be carrying those over to the wallpaints inside. Having spent much of our monies on the construction, we were not able to be buying many new furnishings to be outfitting our new home, but with lucks I will be getting a bonus from my job.

Please to be seeing below for some pictures of new housing.

We did be moving into our new home just as first snows of winter did be falling. My son Oleksandr did take the time to christen the virgin snow of our new lawn by doing the creation of his first snowman. Quite the sculptor, is he not?

Soon it did become birthday time again and my darling daughter Onastacia did transition into a lovely toddler child, with her mama's smile and red hair much like her pater.

Her brother, Kristof, did not be being patient enough to be brought to his birthday cake however. Shortly after my Del picked him up, he transitioned into a fine young toddler child with bright gold hair just like his mama.

Our older childrens have been growing by the leaps and bounds. My Del and I have been making sure to be assisting them with their homework if they be needing it. A typical boy, Oleksandr does be doing his best to be avoiding his homework whenever possible. Often it takes a bit of encouragement to get him to be completing it.

My lovely daughter Lulzipawp, however, does much like school and greatly enjoys her homework. She often asks her mama for help with it, but my Del has told me that she often does not need it. She is just looking for her mama's undivided attention for a while. I can be saying that I cannot be blaming her. With four childrens, both Del and I are often pressed to be able to devote one-on-one time to each of our childrens.

Lulzipawp has been wonderful with her smaller siblings, especially young Onastacia. Onastacia loves playing with her big sister and can often be found to be following her around the house.

Lulzipawp reciprocates such feelings and often does spend time with her sister teaching her the nursey rhymes she much loved as a toddler.  She does get along goodly with Kristof as well.

Oleksandr does not... quite be having the same rapport with his siblings as his sister is having. He does try however.

I have been doing quite successfully in my job and, after a very strange occurrence, I am no longer Joe, Fisher of the Deep Seas.  I am now Joe the Protector of Whales. I am feeling most proud, as this is what I have been dreaming to be doing since I first stepped off the Lulzipawp and onto the shores of Simmerica. Still, I am having this feeling that there is more I could to be doing.

I must to be going dear sister. My Del has called to me and said there is something most important she needs to be telling to me. Give my love to Mama, Pater, and the rest of the family when next you see them

Your brother

Joe
