--Adam (1/22/04)-- I understand that we have had some trouble with the form submission. I have worked on it, and now the form should work. Sorry for any inconvenience!

--Adam (1/17/04)-- Update! We have bad news and good news. First, the bad news: After 31 years at the Printery Building AKA Masonic Temple, we will no longer be able to train at the site. Earthquake damage is extensive and will take months, if not years, to repair. Now the good (great) news: We have leased space in the Century Plaza, downtown Atascadero. We will be located at 6905 El Camino Real #3, in the old Sunstorm Cyclery building. We have leased additional space next door, as well. We are in the process of remodeling the building and when complete will be clean, modern, safe, and have the most advanced martial arts flooring system available in the world. SESSIONS ARE TO RESUME WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4th, 2004. Please plan to attend our first class back!

--Adam (1/10/04)-- I have added our Contact Form. As you can see, this site is pretty much finished. I hope you enjoy it, and stop by for a visit sometime!

--Adam (1/05/04)-- I Have added a Guestbook for this website. Please, feel free to leave a message before you leave this site!

--Adam (1/01/04)-- Happy New Year!

--Adam (12/30/03)-- Have added the "Karate History" section to the website.

--Adam (12/29/03)-- Earthquake Severely Damages Dojo The earthquake of December 22, 2003 severely damaged the Ken Yu Kan Dojo. Fortunately, nobody was in the building at the time. City officials "Red Tagged" the historic brick building that has been the home of Ken Yu Kan Karate School for 31 years. Because of the extent of the damage, the City Engineer determined that it was potentially unsafe until repaired (if it can be). Sensei Croft received word of this on Monday at 3:00 PM and was directed to remove all of the school's property immediately, as the dojo portion of the building could indeed colapse. Classes have been suspended until we are able to secure a temporary location. Both Sensei Croft and Sensei Sanders are dedicated to resuming classes as soon as possible. It is likely that we will locate a temporary site within a week or two. We will resume training and seek a permanent location, if our original site is not an option. What can you do? First, please contact us with your updated contact information. You may Email us using the "Contact us" link, on this page. If you prefer, you may call our voice mail at 466-0261. The next thing you can do to help is resume training as soon as we notify you as to our location. The dojo needs your moral and financial support. Though this is a very sad and stressful time for the staff and members of Ken Yu Kan, we will not let a little earthquake stop us! Shotokan Karate is based on its ability to deal with adversity. Osu!

--Adam (12/12/03)-- Added the "Instructors" page.

--Adam (12/8/03)-- Ok, I have added the "Contact Us" and the "Dojo Hours" pages. I have also gotton rid of those extra links.

--Adam (12/7/03)-- I finally fixed the "Random Quote" feature.

--Adam (12/7/03)-- Added link to the Official Ken Yu Kan Website.

--Adam (12/6/03)-- This page has been added! Can't do much informing without it.

--Adam (12/5/03)-- Home page has been put online.

--Adam (12/4/03)-- Yours truly has started work on this website!
