Eligibility: Open to all artists 18 years and older. All entries must be the original* works of the artist. Work must be suitable for family viewing (no nudes).

While all work will be held with reasonable care, KCAC and the Arts Festival Council of Greenbo State Park are not responsible for any damages that may occur in the handling of the art.

During the 1960s, he earned a BA in Art from Centenary College at Shreveport, LA. He earned an MA, in Art at Missouri University, Columbia. In 1968 he joined the art faculty at Morehead State University as an instructor and continued teaching studio art classes until retiring in 2000 as an associate professor. He has remained active in the arts as a painter and fine arts judge.. In recent years he has juried or judged Morehead State University art student exhibits, local and regional art competitions, and Kentucky State Fair art exhibitions.
