Updates

2/01/06 I have been working on Anime absoluteion 2 a lot. Not so much time for this part of the site. I'm still trying to change the spotlight and now I'm finally going to move it off of FMP, despite the fact that I like the way the site looks now. Its so funny to read back through the updates and see just how picky I used to be about updateing all the time. I'm such a lazy gamer now. Still, this little site is over 2 years old and I really want to keep it up and running for the like....6 people who've ever looked at it *cries*

9/16/05 Sorry again, was busy during summer playing FFXI lol. Anyway, I looked at the poll and the number 1 choice was D.N.Angel, which I would have spoted but because there's allready an entire page devoted to it on Anime Absolution 2, I went with the 2nd top choice, Full Metal Panic. I'll begin putting it up asap. Please be patient as I'm faily busy, I'm sorry. So then, this months anime spotlight shall henceforth be FMP!

4/17/05 Omg I'm sorry it's been so long since I've posted and update and yeah Chrno Crusade has been up here forever. I'm going to ask it stays just a bit longer tho so that I can finish all the expansion I plan on doing. Right now the FF page is experienceing some minor difficulties. In other words, I've used to much space on photobucket so there's really nothing there.

1/4/05 Um..Sorry It's been a while again. I've rescently been busy with the Fullmetal Alchemist section and acidentally left The Digi Charat Spotlight up for 2 months..^_^;...I've been spending a lot more time on FFXI and obsessing over Hagaren. However, I have found a new Manga that I really like called Chrono Crusade. So, I've decieded that I will make Chrono Crusade this month's spotlight!

11/19/04 Oh I am so sorry I havn't written an update in so long. I october has come and gone and I didn't write anything about last months great Cowboy Bebop Spotlight. Even though I havn't written anything up that doesn't mean I havn't been updating. Notice anything new? Well it's ok if you didn't. Anywho, I've added a Fullmetal Alchemist page dedicated to my new bishie Ed. ^_^; I switch bishies fast. This months spotlight is Digi Charat scroll down to view information on it. I'm sorry if pics are comming up but I can't check that on my comp (long story to tierd to type it out) It'll be a while before the webs album is back but the guestbook will come back tonight. I will put everyone signature back on there too.

9/9/04 Yay! I'm back! Sorry bout that whole "one week special spotlight" thing. That was mainly for two reasons. 1) I don't really like Ai Yori Aoishi and 2) I wanted to move out of the As. I thought I'd move on to an anime by one of my favorite companies, CLAMP. Card Captor Sakura is this months theme.!

9/1/04 It's that time again! Time to pic a new anime for this months anime spotlight! I havnt decieded what to do with that Chobits page yet. I'm afraid the site will look to general if I turn it into aTrigun page. Not to mention the hours of work that will go into it. Anwho, I have a new website dedicated to my beloved husband..I mean uh..heheh..the coolest dude of all time Kenshin! visit it at http://www.freewebs.com/kenshinshrine/ its still in production. Its going to be mainly a graphics. Other then that I'm just going to post more of my fanart on it. I'm also working on an MSN Kenshin group called HimuraBattosaiShrine its REALLY new and I'm haveing some trouble with the html on it. All these new projects wont mean that this site will fall into illrepair. School is starting back up and that means web design amoung other things will go into a slight slow down. Although its been decieded that I will upgrade my account so...this site will becom more accesible! Have fun and enter teh Absolution!

8/15/04 Check out the new updates to the Kenshin page! I REALLY need someone to tell me what they think! Should I get rid of the chobits page and replace it with a Trigun one? Please leave your response in the Guestbook or e-mail me. I really need more feedback. By the way. I will soon be switching to premium users for freewebs making this site more acsessable to everyone, so please give me soem feedback before I spend 42 dollars and open a site without anything good in it.

8/11/04 I'm late updating this month..gomende...I am very dissapointed to announce that i have recieved a total of 0 recemendations for Augusts anime spotlight. So, I will be goign down my list of anime from A-Z. Augusts anime spotlight is Ah My Goddess.

7/27/04 Yes, I know it's been 20 days since there has been a new update, but taht doesn't mean I wasn't working on things. I've added even more Final Fantasy stuff to the About me page and I've fixed most of the other pages too. I think that I may turn the FLCL or Chobit's page into a Trigun page. I'm not inclined to get rid of the Furi Kuri page because there are far to few FLCL pages on the web. 7/07/04 This is the new updates area. I finally got some sound for my site and it's starting to really look good. The About Me page got a super facelift and I added a new template. This one is far better then the pervious ones. If you're wondering what happnened to the old updates box...I uh axcidentally deleted it ..hehe. Elfen Lied

The "diclonius"; a mutated species of humans that is said to be selected by God and will eventually become the destruction of mankind, possesses two horns in their heads, and has a "sixth sense" which gives it telekinetic abilities and makes them killing machines. Those who posses these horns, show extreeme violence towards humans and altohugh it may varry, a hatred seems to exist. Some are used by scientists as human lab rats and others are executed due to the danger surrounding them. Either way, everyone wants them gone, as an extreemely dangerous virus is associated with the mutation. There is also a theory, implicitly posed in the series, that diclonius are capable of infecting normal humans, and that a single diclonius could make certain that there are more diclonius than humans born within five years. Kouta, a normal human, becomes involved with Lucy, a young and psychotic Diclonius, who managed to break free of her confines and brutally murder most of the guards in the laboratory, only to get shot in the head as she makes her escape. She survives; However, and manages to drift along to a beach, where she is discovereed by Kouta and Yuka. Having lost her memories, she was named after the only thing that she can now say, "Nyuu," and the two allow her to stay at Kouta's home. However, it appears that the evil "Lucy" is not dead just yet... Wow..this had the highest rating so I had to put it up. Let me put it this way..I really dislike this anime. A lot of it is pointless violence and bloodshed. Now, I like decapitation as much as the next person, but only in context and only if it has some plot to go along with it. Elfen Lied is the Hostel of the aniem world. Pointless, plotless violence. Elfen Lied does have a plot but there are some majout holes in it and at time you feel the plot is left to stagnate just to throw in some more violence. The only way senseless violence is acceptable is if it can keep the plot afloat along with it or if it is used for the purpose of humor, like Bokusatu Tenshi Dokuro chan; which didnt bother me at all. All in all, I give Elfen lied a 5 out of 10. Because of a lack of character development and an excess of senseless violence diverging from the plot.

Characters

Lucy is a diclonius girl. She has four vectors, with a limited range of two meters, but she can be swiftly lethal within that range, and will additionally use inanimate objects as high velocity projectiles to kill at a greater distance. She is also capable of stopping or deflecting most standard ammunition. Lucy hates humans mainly because of how she was treated by her human peers as a child, and consequently discounts them as non-humans, causing her to lack empathy, kill without much concern, and occasionally act somewhat sadistic. Nonetheless, her capacity for love (both romantic and for friends) is integrated throughout the OVA. Indeed, one of the major thematic elements is the play between the all-too-human diclonius and the savage and sadistic humans who purportedly need protection.

Kouta forgot everything in the past due to the incident that happen when he was a child 8 yrs. He just moved back to the city.His younger sister died a while ago and he lives alone until he happens upon Nyuu.

Yuka is Kouta's childhood friend. She was also there when Kouta found Nyuu. She gets very jealous of Nyuu when she's near Kouta, as she has a secrect crush on him.

Nana is same kind of human like Lucy. Her "arms" can stretch longer than Lucy's, but she's weaker than her. She later fights Lucy and loses both arms and legs. She is the 7(Nana)-th experimental body
