Kenneth Williams' colourful career spanned for more than 4 decades, making him one of the most famous people in Britain during the 1970s and 80s. However, behind the public facade lay a frustrated and tortured soul, frustrated with his career as well as socially, sexually and comedically frustrated. On the night of the 14th of April 1988 he died of a barbiturates overdose and was found in his flat on Osnaburgh Street, Camden in the next morning. From then on many have speculated over whether it was suicide or an accident.
