This is a website dedicated to the one and only King of Jeopardy.... Ken Jennings of course! The genius Mormon from Utah has now gone over 40 consecutive days on Jeopardy, and hasn't even come close to losing. He's been matched against the USA's finest, and yet he still manages to beat 'em all by at least 20,000 even before Final Jeopardy. It seems like he really knows everything. Heck, he probably does know everything. And that is why we love him.

We now have an IRC channel set up for Ken Fans to chat in! Unfortunately, this requires that you download an IRC client, such as mIRC or Trillian (there are other i.e. Chatzilla but we suggest these two). To get mIRC, go here. To get Trillian click here. If they ask you to pay, don't bother. mIRC gives free trials and says you should pay at the end of 30 days but you don't have to, just keep going as normal. It is annoying to have a reminder that your 30 days are up, but mIRC is much more effective than Trillian.

Trillian:   To connect to the chat using Trillian, follow these directions. First open the program. A window will open. At the bottom-right corner of the window, there are five circles. Click on the grey one and pulldown menu appears. Click on Connection Manager. Another window will open. On the right hand side of that window, there is an alphabetical list of things. Scroll down to Sorcery.net and click on USA and find iuturna.sorcery.net. On the left of the window, there are places to fill in things. In the space that says name, put your name. In the space that says alternate, put a different name (warning: someone may have registered a common name like "Emily" before, so choose something creative!). In the place that says port, put either 9000 or 6667. If one doesn't work, go back to Connection Manager and try the other. Then, click Connect. Go back to the grey circle (which is now solid, not just an outline) and on the pulldown, click on Toggle Status Menu. When the Toggle Status menu pops up, type in "/join #kenjennings". Voila! After your first time logging on, your name should still be saved, as will the server. All you'll need to do is click connect and go into the Toggle Status window to join. Any questions? mIRC:  Not nearly so complicated. Once you have it downloaded, open it up, and a window should pop up saying how many days you have left in the trial. Ignore this (always!). Close it, and another window should pop up. Enter your name (fake one if like) and an email address (fake one if like) and a sign in name with an alternative if your first choice is taken already. Press Okay. Now type "/server kechara.sorcery.net" to connect to the server, and then type "/join #kenjennings". Now you should be in the chat! October 12, 2004 -- Today on Jeopardy, Ken has gotten up to $1,878,000 American! Go Ken! He'll soon be at 2 million ladies and gentlemen. I believe he won $35,000 today, betting 9,000 on final jeopardy and winning. Good luck Ken!

Now we find ourselves at that inescapable question... Is there an end to Ken? There have been rumors in the newspapers and other sources that Ken is now back home in Utah, which is a possible sign that the episode where he loses has already taken place. His 74th or 75th game I believe. As much as I detest these thoughts, I must admit that it's fully possible that he has indeed lost.
