The championship will start from the AGM and run until the week before the next AGM. |

The Championship is open to all members of the Loughton Chess Club. |

The event is an all play all tournament, playing 2 games against each opponent (one with white, the other with black) |

The rate of play for all games will be all moves in 90 mins, using a digital clock |

All disputes should be referred to K. Groce, the controller for this event. |

All results should be recorded on the result sheet on the notice board together with the date. |

K. Groce will maintain a chart for the progress of the tournament. |

It is recommended that all championship games be played in the main hall. |

A Minimum of 5 games has to be played to qualify. |
