Right click on the picture you have choosen to link back to and click on "save picture as"
either link the image (botton) you have choosen to your own server or get your self another host - i.e www.Picturebucket.com, you can then upload your image from your computer. No DIRECT LINKING! thanks!
that will give you a "TAG" (example below)

When a "tag" is added to a template... it will show as a image on your page....
now link the image to the site....
Just add this before your tag... with no spaces
<a href="http://www.freewebs.com/kelnel/index.htm"
target="_blank">
your result should look like this.....
