Open the Template one - Windows - Duplicate - close origanal Delete my © layer and then move the template more center in the canvas. Go to Effects - 3d effects - Drop Shadow with these settings V & H 2 Repete changeing the H & V to minus 2. Now open the Paint brush gril tube. Grab your magic wand all setting on 0 and select the grey area on the template like this.
Select your Flood fill tool and change the Match Mode: to RGB VALUE Select alternative colours from your tube to fill the grey areas then deselect. Once you are happy go to Image - Resize - and resize by 90 - Bicubic - resize all laters UNchecked Add a new layer and choose a font, we will now add the "I love Psp" so it need to be a smaller more Change your background and fill to white then grab your text tool. On your new layer start typing I Love Psp keep doing it untill you cover the template like mine
On your layer pallet convert this layer to Raster, then make sure you are on the template layer for the next step. Grab your magic wand and click inside the black areas of the template. Selection - Invert - then select your test layer and hit DELETE once and deselect. Copy and paste your Paint Brush girl tube as a new layer and add the following drop shadow. V minus 5 & H 5 X out the white background layer and merge visible - un hide the white layer. Now you can add your name i used a font caled Elisa. Sorry its a pay front from what i can see?
