1. Open a new canvas 500 by 500 and flood fill with white. 2. Now open up the Word art Falling star - Copy and paste as a new layer 3. Open the SS - Floral Grunge Revisited - Paper 1 set your fill to the pattern 4. Open the SS - Floral Grunge Revisited - Paper 5 - set your fill to the pattern you should now have something like this
6. Open the SS - Floral Grunge Revisited - Wrap Bow - Pink - Copy and paste as a new layer
Erase the edge away like below
7. Open your doodles - Copy and paste your Doodle one - drag it down under your preset shapes 8. Open your Suzanne Woolcott tube - i used Wish you were here from pack 9 - copy and paste 9. Move down so she sits under the bow and erase the excess from under it. 10. Now you can add your name - i used Apple Butter in bold and in black. I added it on a curved path - im to lazy to write tut for it so il link to the one i learned from If you want to add the animation follow me. Open Animation shop and the swirly star - delete the black layer Edit - Select all Back in psp you need to x out the following layers - name layer/bow/tube/top circle
Copy merged - paste as a new animation and dulpicate till you have the same amount of you may need to play around untill you get the right placement. when you have that done go back in to psp and un x the layers - then you need to
Copy merged - paste as a new animation - make sure all the layers are selected on your animated tag, Make sure your Propagate paste is on - to do this go to Edit and click on Proagate paste.
