2: You do not need to provide a website. However, if you do want me to list one, you have to put a link in a conspicuous place on your site, either a text link, or you can grab a Code.
3: If you do post a site, it may not contain Nudity, Porn, Adult themes, or explicit language. If it does, you will still be listed, but your site will not. I retain the right to judge wheither or not your site is acceptable.
