"Kayla's New Groove" (Kuzco) (he has been neutered and placed in a great home)

I was watching a breeders website looking to buy a choc/white female cocker spaniel. The deposit was made, everything was getting arranged for shipment. I went back on the website as the breeder posted new pictures often. I seen a little cockers face I could NOT pass up!! I got on the phone and asked if he was still available..........YES!!! So I got this cute little puppy!! He was put with a great handler at the age of 6 months. He was doing great!! He only needed one more major and he would have had his championship title!! One day he woke up and I guess he thought he did not want to do this any longer. He was very sad so I gave him a brake and then put him back out. As soon as he got to the ring the sadness hit again!! I then decided his happiness was much better then pushing him to do something he really did not like to do!! He has proved he can be a winner in and out of the show ring so I'm very proud of him for that!!

"CH. T-Rose N Kamay Gift Exchange" (Ruff)

March 29, 1995-February 3rd, 2006

I worked long and hard for a handler many years ago as I wanted to learn about showing and handling of Cocker Spaniels. One day my handler said you need to get a dog of your own so you can appreciate the sport more and have something to be proud of. I saved my money as I knew owning a show dog is not cheap. We were at a dog show in San Diego and the lady I worked for introduced me to another handler who just happen to have a dog for sale. She owned this dogs father, and other relatives so she did not "need" him or so she told me. I told her I was interested and so she brought out the most beautiful black/tan cocker spaniel I had ever seen!!   He had been shown but had no points on him. She had a contract for me to sign and the agreement was that I bought him and had one year to get his championship title. I signed without giving it a second thought! He finished his championship with ease. He is now going to be 11 years old and is retired. He is very special to me! He is not available to stud any longer!

Ruff has gone to a better place. We will always love and miss him very much!!

MY HEART BELONGS TO A COCKER SPANIEL

Beautiful and intelligent,
A charmer from the start-
A Cocker Spaniel looked at me,
And quickly stole my heart.

Sharing life together,
Through good and bad times too-
You are the sunshine of my days,
So loyal and so true.

With eyes so warm and caring-
And love that never ends-

I can't imagine life without
My Cocker for a friend.
