Fishing and Hiking in and around Tennessee

Hi, my name is Kerry Sumners and I have always wanted my own webpage to share my adventures. I enjoy Flyfishing and I am a lifetime member of Middle Tennessee Flyfishers. I still hunt but not as much as I used to. In the last few years I have gotten involved in Backpacking and Hiking. On one of my first trips I had a packweight of 50 pounds! I soon learned that I couldn't comfortably carry that kind of load. I can now get my packweight down to 25-30 pounds for a 2-3 day trip. I am anxious to pass on any information that I have to help anyone to fish and hike safely.
