I have over 8 years experience as a therapist, working with others just like you, and can help you cope and even flourish in your life. I have worked with families, couples, children, adolescents, and individuals. Whether you feel depressed, anxious or angry, or are having problems in your relationships with your spouse, partner, children, co-workers, friends, or parents, you can learn how to have more fulfilling relationships and life in general. Whatever your concerns are, I will work with you, as your partner, to help you identify the steps needed to help you learn new coping skills, clear out unresolved past issues that have caused you depression, anxiety, or dysfunctional behavior or relationships, and just become a healthier, happier, centered individual.
