NcDonnell F3H Demon kit

The F3H swept-wing transsonic jet fighter was underpowered, but served a short period with the USN (until September 1964). Two prototypes were ordered on September 30, 1949. They were to prove that carrier-based fighters could be just as advanced as land-based fighters. The project proved to be a very costly venture. The enormous costs and delays that the F3H suffered were mainly due to its powerplant. Failure to develop the engine to design power output and reliability was largely responsible. Development was also complicated due to the US Navy who requested a redesign so the type was an all-weather night fighter.

Kit include 4 liveries, high-detailed cockpit and wheel wells. You could choose 1/72 or 1/48 or 1/33 scale (just point the scale in your order).

Price of the kit is $ 11,50 till July, 23. After that price will be $19,50.

1/48 and 1/72 Pfalz D.XII kit

The Pfalz D.XII was a German fighter aircraft built by Pfalz Flugzeugwerke. Designed by Rudolph Gehringer, the D.XII entered service in significant numbers near the end of the First World War. It was the last Pfalz aircraft to see widespread service. Though the D.XII was an effective fighter aircraft, it was overshadowed by the highly successful Fokker D.VII.

Thanks to its sturdy wing and thin airfoil section, the D.XII maintained the excellent high-speed dive characteristics of the earlier Pfalz D.III. Like most contemporary fighters, however, the D.XII had an abrupt stall and a pronounced tendency to spin.

Between 750 and 800 D.XII scouts were completed by the Armistice.

Kit include 12 liveries for the early and late aircraft. You could choose 1/72 or 1/48 scale (just point the scale in your order).

Price of the kit is $ 24.

1/48 Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter kit

New kit from Artem Dubovyk!

The Sopwith Two Seater, as it was officially known, was universally referred to as the Sopwith One-and-half Strutter.  The nickname derives from the ‘w’ shaped center section struts. It was a landmark design in WW1, the first tractor two-seater fighter and the first British fighter to have a synchronized Vickers machine gun for the pilot.  Deliveries of the aircraft to the RFC began in May1916.  The RFC was in desperate need of a good fighter at this time and many Naval Sopwith One-and-half Strutters were transferred to the RFC.  1500 were made in the UK and 4500 were made under license in France.   It was also used by the USA, Belgium and Russia.

Kit include 10 different liveries, one- and two-seat variants and 2 types of turret.

Price of the kit is $11,27 US Dollars till 2nd of July, after that is $ 20.

1/48 North American F-86F Sabre kit

The North American Aviation F-86 Sabre (sometimes called the Sabrejet) was a transonic jet fighter aircraft. The Sabre is best known for its Korean War role where it was pitted against the Soviet MiG-15 and obtained UN air superiority. Although developed in the late 1940s and outdated by the end of the 1950s, the Sabre proved adaptable and continued as a front line fighter in air forces until the last active front line examples were retired by the Bolivian Air Force in 1994.

Its success led to an extended production run of over 7,800 aircraft between 1949 and 1956, in the United States, Japan and Italy. It was by far the most-produced Western jet fighter, with total production of all variants at 9,860 units.

Variants were built in Canada and Australia. The Canadair Sabre added another 1,815 airframes, and the significantly re-designed CAC Sabre (sometimes known as the Avon Sabre or CAC CA-27), had a production run of 112.

Kit include 15 different liveries for five British and ten foreign Sabres.

Price of the kit is $25 US Dollars

1/48 Sopwith Camel kit

The Sopwith company rolled out the first Camel in December 1916. Although it owed much of its design to earlier Sopwith aircraft, the Camel was a revolutionary machine in a number of respects. The plane's Twin Vickers machine guns were mounted side by side in front of the cockpit - a first for British fighters. Second, the pilot, engine, armament and controls were all crammed into a seven foot space at the front of the airplane. This helped give the plane its phenomenal performance, but it also made the plane very tricky to fly.

In service, the Camel proved to be a huge success, despite its high accident rate. Camels fought all along the Western Front as well as being employed as night fighters and balloon busters. Some the earliest fighters used by the Royal Navy were Camels which were deployed from cruisers, battleships and even towed platforms. Additionally, Camels fitted with eight Le Prieur air-to-air rockets proved to be very effective against German Zeppelins and long-range bombers.

Kit include 12 different liveries for six British and six foreign Camels including aircraft of the German ace Otto Kissenbert.

Price of the kit is $21 US Dollars

The type reached the French front in March 1916, and quickly began to replace the Nieuport 11 in French service. It was also ordered by the Royal Flying Corps and Royal Naval Air Service, as it was superior to any British fighter at that time. Worthy of note is the fact that during part of 1916, the Nieuport 17 equipped every fighter squadron of the Aéronautique Militaire.

Although disadvantaged by poor forward and downward views from the cockpit, the SPAD VII was fast, durable and difficult to shoot down. A good performer, it was flown by nearly all the French aces. It proved less successful in the hands of the British, possibly due to the combat tactics employed by the pilots of the Royal Flying Corps. With 18 victories, Irish ace William Kennedy-Cochran-Patrick scored more victories with the SPAD VII and SPAD XIII than any other ace.

1/48 Hutter Hu-136 Stubo I

The Hütter Hü 136 was an experimental dive-bomber design produced by German engineers Wolfgang and Ulrich Hütter during World War II.

The Hütters, best known as glider designers, responded to Reich Air Ministry calls for high-performance, strongly-built dive bombers. The Hu 136 design was highly innovative, with the pilot sitting far to the rear of the aircraft, his cockpit forming part of the vertical tail surface. The design had no undercarriage, with a jettiisonable dolly for takeoff and a retractable skid for landing. To overcome the likelihood of contact between the propellor and the ground on landing, the propellor would be blown off before landing and descend separately by parachute.
