KAMIAK SENIOR PARENT INFORMATION

To have your senior attend the Grad Knight '09 Post-Graduation party, just print the Registration and Permission Form by clicking on AGP Registration.  and send along $155, payable to Grad Knight '09.    Either mail your form/payment to Kamiak at 10801 Harbour Pointe Blvd., Mukilteo, WA 98275, or just have your senior drop it off at the office.  Please write Grad Knight '09 on the envelope.

Then, feel assured that your Graduate will celebrate in an environment that is fun, safe and free from drugs and alcohol.  They will have a GREAT TIME!!!!!

No Refunds available until after party is paid for in June.  At that time, depending on funds, a decision will be made on refunds.

Please join us for our next '09 Grad Knight Party meeting on Monday, April 13th, at 6:30 in the Career Center.
