Summer 2006 update:

11 June 2006 

*** Due to health issues, I am behind a few days in getting out replies within 4 weeks to some submissions. I've been having intensive physical therapy, and the resulting fatigue has made it difficult to have as much time being alert enough to respond to submissions carfeully. I apologize for the delay to those who have been waiting past the four week response time and hope to respond by week's end.
