The members first met on a school in Bergen. They gave out their first album, Ompa Til Du Dør, in 2001, and completely mesmerised an entire nation, or at least parts of it. Soon the Kaizer-wave was flooding over the Norwegian borders as the Dans got their eyes up for the somewhat strange music. As the Orchestra were playing the wave continued on it's way, and with a smash it hit Germany.

In 2003 Kaizers gave out their second album, Evig Pint, which caused their popularity to grow ever bigger.

Vocalist Janove Ottesen released his solo album, Francis Lonely Nights, in 2004, but it far from reached the higths of the Orchestra.

Then, in 2005, Kaizers came out whit their, after my opinion, best album so far. Maestro!

Janove Ottesen

Janove Jackal Kaizer(30) is the vocalist and frontman of Kaizers Orchestra. He write most of the songs, and sometimes plays instruments like piano and oil drums.

Geir Zahl

Geir Hellraizer Kaizer(30) plays the 1st guitar and write some of the songs.

Terje Vinterstø

Terje Killmaster Kaizer(28) plays the 2nd guitar.

Helge Risa

Helge Omen Kaizer(29) carries a lot of the Kaizer style when wearing his gas mask and steel helmet. He plays the rim and pump organ, on which he always have a portrait of Martin Luther.

Øyvind Storesund

Øyvind Thunder Kaizer(31) is quite new to the band. He took over the contrabass after Jon Sjøen when he left the band in 2003. Thunder is the bands only curlyhead.

Rune Solheim

Rune Mink Kaizer(29) handles the drums in the Orchestra.
