I have been collecting for over a year though lots get more success than myself.
For US and Canada its $5.00, everything will be in Canadian and I use http://www.xe.com/ for currency to find out how much something is in Canadian to say Euro's. Australia Surface its $5.50 and Air its $7.60 for anywhere else I'll phone up my Post Office to find out.
