All our Meditation & Relaxation class's are carried out at Renshi Graham's private room, we call this our Dojo.
Class's are individual or in small groups a maximum of 10 people. Renshi Graham will take you through the techniques of seated meditation, and help you achieve your personel goals. Through Meditation we reduce stress, and become more focused.
Relaxation and exercise is combinded with our meditation class, through the gentle movements of the White Crane we improve our health and flexibility.
Why Exercise?
Exercise is a basic need. The human body is built for use and without regular exercise it will deteriorate, and by denying yourself regular exercise you are functioning below your best and the chance of getting the most out of life. Through the gentle movements of the White Crane your fitness levels will increase, increasing the strength, endurance and efficiency of the heart together with increasing the ability of the respiratory system, which helps reduce stress and tension the product of modern living.
