Please note when using pressure points always use restraint,as they are DANGEROUS Never just hit these areas just to see what happens, if you cannot get them work you may not be doing it correctly, so please DO NOT whack the point hard to make up for lack of skill. REMEMBER this is an art so you need to be trained to get the desired affect ! And make sure you know the correct D.K.I revival procedures and techniques so not to cause injury, and fully restore energy and well being of your partner as you are responsible .AS Ju-Te-Do will not be held responsible .

A pressure point is a place on the body where you can enter pain into the nervous system,and these points lay along meridians/channels and they are broken up into 5 elements 6 yin and 6 yang, those elements are:

 FIRE - Heart,Small intestine,Pericardium,Triple heater

METAL - Lung,Large intestine

 WOOD - Liver,Gall bladder

EARTH - Stomach,Spleen

WATER - Kidney,Bladder 

Then they are divided into two groups YIN and YANG which are

     YIN

 FIRE - Heart,Pericardium          

METAL - Lung                    

 WOOD - Liver                      

EARTH - spleen                   

WATER - Kidney 

       YANG

 FIRE - Small intestine,triple heater

METAL - Large intestine 

 WOOD - Gall bladder  

EARTH - stomach

WATER - Bladder             

There are also two vessels, one which runs up the front of the body which is called the Conception vessel and is yin. And the other runs up the back of the body which is called the Governor vessel and is Yang.

A pressure point is about the size of your eye socket(10 pence piece)if you put a 10p coin on somebody's body could you hit it?? If yes then you can use pressure points
