This web page has been created in memory of my 13 month old son Justin Davis Festa. He was taken from me on November 1st, 2000 by the inner cord on a Roll up blind set that hung in his brand new bedroom. Little did I know that a child is killed about once every two weeks, this way and it needs to be stopped. Please take the time to look over this site, there is a lot to learn about here...
