The failed scheme to frame Scott Peterson is extremely transparent. Court TV message boards are almost exclusively committed to the task of promoting false reports that implicate Scott Peterson, and regular posters like, oceanblueyes reflect the significanse of the trucker who was probably the intended, preliminary inquiry witness. According to oceanblueyes;

"From what I have read the trucker called MPD on 12-26 before any pictures of Scott's boat or truck was shown to the public, that did not happen until 1-3 or 4 I think. I have always thought this witness could be a Bombshell witness. If he gave them name of the model of the boat "Gamefisher" on the 26th that would be astounding information.

Truck drivers make very good witnesses on the stand, they are very detailed in what they see. Remember it was the truck driver that found the D.C. Snipers. It happens in many cases. They spend their time on the road like we do at the office, it is their natural environment and they are aware of what is happening around them."

According to Court TV poster, BlueHouse who evidently bet the family farm on this trucker that is supposed to hang Scott Peterson:

"Same thing I heard, that the trucker is a viable witness. That he identified the word 'Gamefisher' on the boat and he also especially noticed the big green Greenlee tool box in the back."

The trucker is not a figment of message board chatter; "He reported info to the police immediately following Laci's disappearance and was asked not to speak -- this is according to KFBK Sacramento radio station's broadcast!"

This is not merely rumor and speculation, it is a grotesque effort to manufacture evidence to fraudulently contradict the simple fact that Laci was walking her dog on December 24, 2002.

According to Court TV, message poster, Nic, "This witness could be key. I am not trying to start a rumor so don't anyone quote me but I swear I heard he was retired police. That's why he thought it was strange she did not move. Now nobody yell at me but I swear I heard that somewhere."

According to Court TV message poster, Keptkitty, "I always thought he was one of the witnesses the LE was trying to protect... There ARE witnesses being protected... we just don't know WHO. I had related to this trucker because I ALWAYS remember people that cut me off....and truckers do also.... they hate drivers that do that."

Where is this secret witness who reportedly called the police on December 26 and told them that on December 23rd, he drove beside Scott Peterson for eighty miles, while his dead wifes head flopped back and forth in her seat? Clearly, The effort to make this witness sound credible was developed to the point where the secret witness reportedly told the police the boat model had GAMEFISHER written on the side, before anyone in the public (which did not come out until Jan. 2, 2003) was made aware... Even Nancy Grace claimed that this was explosive evidence, and she promoted this lame effort to frame Scott Peterson on national television. That's right, this secret witness places Scott Peterson, his wife and his boat at the same place and at the same time, and that is the intended, smoking gun that is supposed to reverse the simple fact that Scott Peterson was spotted in his boat alone, on Christmas Eve.

Credibility is not a matter of a plan to frame an innocent man. If the trucker was credible, Scott Peterson would have been arrested on December 26, 2002. Credibility is the unrehearsed, Christmas Eve Laci sightings that are not disputed by anyone, except the conspiracy theorists who have visions of secret witnesses who aggressively seek to create the false impression that Scott Peterson murdered his wife the day before she was spotted walking her dog. That's what you call a grotesque conspiracy theory and anybody who promotes it is covering up the truth about the murder of Laci Peterson. It's called obstruction of justice and the failure to produce this secret witness at a previously scheduled, preliminary inquiry is not cause to delay the plot to frame Scott peterson. It is cause to release a man who has been illegally detained.
