We here at the independent, non-funded 'Justice for Billy Kenealy' campaign, which exists in the attempt for an appeal in the wake of what we deem to be Billy’s misconviction, appreciate you taking the time to visit and read the site and thank you for any help and assistance, support, advice or feedback you leave.

Billy Kenealy's case is currently being worked on by us, the Justice for Billy Kenealy campaign and by the School of Law at Northumbria University. It was in the legal hands of notorious and controversial millionaire lawyer Giovanni Di Stefano up until earlier this year when we reclaimed all legal documents back off him after he simply was not making any proceedings with the case for appeal.

Thanks to getting in contact with an organisation called 'Innocent', we took information about Billy’s case and any possibility of an appeal to a meeting of the organisation called 'United Against Injustice' (UAI) in London in October 2004. At the meeting we were able to meet and converse with 'Scandals in Justice' legal researcher and miscarriages of justice campaigner Panos Koupparis. We also spoke with Dr Bill Thompson (Criminologist), John Wagstaff (CCRC Legal Adviser) and two interested journalists. Billy's case is also now being supported by Scandals in Justice. We will post any further developments with Billy's case on the site as and when they happen.
