My friend, If you have found this page, I assume you are off balance in some way. You are seeking healing , whether physical or spiritual.  I am glad you are here. I am certain both of us will grow as we have now made a mark on each others life.

There are several ways which you can help your process. Here a few that I can assist you with.

Reiki  Atunements and lessons - Reiki (ray-key) is spiritual energy that may and can help us with meditation practices, spiritual growth, healing relationships,  manifestation of goals, and our natural ability to heal.  Reiki is a tool to help us become "One" with all that  is in and around us.

 Reiki is a type of “hands-on healing”. It is also a lot more.  Translated the term Rei mean Spiritually  guided and Ki means life force or life energy. So together you have divine energy, universal energy. This is not a religion.

 As we know, everything in our Universe is energy. This energy is infinitely intelligent. It knows precisely what we need to  relax, release stress, and activate the healing power within. All forms of healing make an impact on the energy system.

 Each method creates unique vibrations which creates different effects. Reiki always gives us the best possible outcome.

 Reiki can aid us in all parts of our life. Reiki is life force, and love with no boundaries. Love can heal all, divine love.

Energy is  used to help ourselves and every living thing. Reiki is safe, it is gentle, almost subdued. 

 Attunements feel different to different people, some say they feely warmth, some feel vibration, some say they feel nothing at all. Some say they feel relaxed , others refreshed. It varies as much as we do. But energy and love are always at work for the best  outcome.

Attunements our non- invasive and may be used as a supplement with most conventional and non conventional treatments for illness.

The scents  come from plants and flowers are in oil form.

These oils can be used in a variety of ways. Massage, bath, inhalation, creams and lotions,first aid, conditioners, teas as well as healing a room with a wonderful scent

Aromatherapy is used for a vast variety of things from pain to first aid to perfume to  depression to skin care, and fatigue,ust to name a few.
