My name is Julie I am 18 years old and live in California. I have had the Lord in my life for a year and a 1/2 (approx) and God has given me the strength to get through some pretty rough times. I give God the glory in everything that I do. I have been abused all my life by my parents until the age of 16, sexually, physically, emotionally, verbally. I am now about to be adopted by my youth pastor and his wife and I am ever so grateful to God that He has placed them in my life.
     I know that God has a plan for me and I am not scared. OK maybe I am a little worried but I am trying to give all my worries to God right now. I just want to be able to spend the time I have left to help people grasp God and be able to have the faith that I have right now. That is my ultimate hope that I can still show a part of God to people all over the world. I am not scared of dying and I know that if anything does happen, I will be in an amazing place. But it would be awfully nice to get a heart so I can continue on with helping others. But I am leaving that up to God and I have no doubt in my mind, He is going to help me reach out to others.
