Ragamuffin Ranch

Ragamuffin Ranch is a small family-owned breeding program in northern Vermont raising quality pinto horses for pleasure and sport. 

 Because of the economy we have stopped breeding horses and have gelded all of our stallions. We are trying to find good homes for some of our horses and hope to start breeding again in the future. We will be keeping two homozygous tobiano mares for that purpose.

In October of 2007 we decided to geld Ragamuffin Ralphy Boy. Despite his talent and great personality we felt that his lack of height was a problem in getting people to breed to him. ( He is only 15 h) Ralphy is now known as Newton and has a new home in New Hampshire. His son, Royal, was just gelded and has been offered for sale.
