Any use of my photos without written permission from me will result in potential legal action. I’m not a jerk though. Ask for my permission to use a photo and I’ll likely give it. If you don’t ask my permission though, and use a photo of mine anyway, then I’ll likely come down very hard on you legally.

Exceptions to the policy:

The Halifax Thunder Junior-C Hockey Club’s management and the Cole Harbour McCain Major Midget Hockey Club’s management are allowed to use any of my photos of their respective teams, and only these photos of their respective teams.

The Nova Scotia Soccer League’s management, & Soccer Nova Scotia’s management are allowed to use any of my photos of their respective teams and only these photos of their respective teams as long as no one profits financially and as long as I’m asked first so I can tell them how I am to be credited.

There will be no other exceptions to this policy at this time.
