Paul Ryan

Paul has been a fan of wrestling since 1990 and wrote his first column in 2002. He has since gone on to write for wrestling web sites and update services including BusterHitman, JPWWE, Shooting Star Express, Grandslam, The Wrestling World Newsletter and UKSlammy.

After leaving school, Paul started a two-year theatre course at the BRIT school where he gained a B-Tech national diploma in performing arts. It was here where he took part in many shows and performed at venues such as Croydon Fairfeild Halls (a popular wrestling venue) and The Queen Elizabeth Halls in London (Chart sensation Katie Melua also performed at the same show and was in the year above Paul at BRIT). 2004 saw the year where he was part of the first company to tour a show internationally from the BRIT school. The show 'Because' was performed in Germany and Paul also appeared in a local newspaper and on a web site in Germany.

After many shows, performances and experiences Paul left the BRIT school in June 2004 and was a member of the theatre company 'Steve' who performed the play 'Falling Pages' to a sold out audience in South Norwood theatre at the beginning of July.

Finally getting signed to an agent in September 2004, Paul has since been trying to get his acting career off the ground (and also had to adopt a stage name as Paul Ryan was already taken).

Away from writing and acting, Paul is also a talented musician who can play Guitar and Bass and his influences include John Frusciante and Scott Moffatt.
