Hello and welcome to my site!
My name is John Paul McCormick and I am a pianist and composer. Music has been, is, and will continue to be a huge part of my life - a part I wish to share with you.
Firstly, let me tell you a bit more about myself....
Born in Glasgow in 1980, I spent my childhood and youth in Scotland with my older sister and my mother. As I reached my second decade, my family moved over the border into England, where I have been ever since.
In 2005, I met my now wife, Alison. We married in March 2007 and live in Plymouth, Devon.
Secondly, let me tell you a little about my other love - music....
I have played the keyboard and piano since I was four years old and have been writing my own material for about twelve years. In 2005, I was a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Contest of that year. I have music published with Blue Mountain in the United States and Cringe Music in Kent, UK. I hope to have further success in this area shortly and am in the process of releasing my third album.
