We are Joy and Rebecca Costello, we live on our farm in north Oxfordshire, with our dogs, a cat and two Lionhead rabbits. Joy works here on the farm, Becca has just started college.
Joy has grown up around Border Collies, being born on a sheep/arable farm in East Sussex, and was a shepherdess for several years. Becca has, obviously, always had the collies around too.
Joy began competing in agility in 2000, Becca had the odd class from 2002, but really started in 2004. Some weekends we do fairly well, others we may not be quite so successful!
We currently compete with 4 dogs, Tan, Teal and Wiz are all Grade 7 (Advanced), and Wren has just started out in Grade 3.
Besides the agility, we both dabble in BFA flyball and even play at Working Trials training when we get time. Joy likes Breed showing too, and also Obedience but neither really interest Becca.........
All our dogs take the Kennel Club 'Good Citizen Dog' tests at our super local training club, where we both help out with the teaching when we can find the time!
We are both members of Chipping Norton Agility DTS, and are both Instructors there.
