Here are a few goals I set for myself to help me along the way.
Starting Weight @ 248.2lbs
1. My 1st 10% weight @ 223lbs (-24.8lbs down) by July 13, 2005 as I'm a brides made in my bestfriends wedding. On July 6, 2005 I reached my 10% and received my 25lbs magnet(-25.4lbs gone). By July 13, 2005 I’m down -27.4lbs.
2. My 2nd 10% weight @ 201.6lbs (-22.4lbs down) by October 5, 2005. On October 5, 2005 I didn't reach my goal but I am down 21.8lbs. I'm only off by .6 so I can't complain I've come so far, so I'm going to keep at it!
I reached ONDERLAND 199.9lbs on October 28, 2005 down a total of 48.6lbs. YEAH! It feels so good to be here. I never want to go past 200lbs again.
November 2, 2005 at WI I lost 1.4lbs and now I'm 50.4lbs Gone.
I have changed the following goals as the weight doesn't come off as easy as it did in the begining and I believe this is more realistic:
3. My 3rd 10% weight @ 181.4lbs (-20.1lbs down) by December 7, 2005. Now January 11, 2006.
4. My 4th 10% weight @ 163.2lbs (-18.1lbs down) by February 1, 2005. Now March 1, 2006.
5. My 5th 10% weight @ 146.9lbs (-16.3lbs gone) by April 5, 2005. Now May 3, 2006.
6. My Goal Weight @ 135lbs a total of 113.4lbs gone forever. When I get there!
